    Avoid This Property Management Company - Dishonest and Aggressive…read moreI would strongly advise against renting from this property management company. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately felt like we were being taken advantage of. We were charged $250 for a pipe repair without ever being contacted, consulted, or quoted for the work. When we tried to schedule a meeting to discuss the charge, they refused to meet, ignored our calls, and eventually threatened us with eviction unless we paid. We were forced to pay for something we had no opportunity to approve or dispute. When we moved out, we gave more than 30 days' notice, professionally cleaned the carpets and the home, and even touched up the walls. Despite this, they withheld $2,100 of our security deposit. Their breakdown included: * $300 for drywall repair (not previously mentioned or shown to us) * $1,100 for painting the entire house (even though we left it in great condition) * A charge to replace a lightbulb they falsely claimed was out * $260 for cleaning (even though we had the home professionally cleaned) Throughout the process, this company was unresponsive, evasive, and became aggressive when we questioned the charges. It was clear they had no intention of communicating fairly or ethically. They do not treat tenants with respect and seem to rely on intimidation and avoidance to force compliance. This company took advantage of us and treated us dishonestly. Renters, beware--they will take your money and ignore your concerns.

It took ~1.5 months to get someone in there and things were going well. After the first couple months it felt like there was little to no communication from the property manager to me, the homeowner. Tenants would be late paying their rent and I would have to reach out to the property manager asking where the rent was for the month even though we were 12+days into that month. The property manager did not check on the house periodically, so the tenants trashed the place. The worst part was when the tenant did not pay rent and stopped communicating with the property manager. The manager took 22 days before producing the 7 day rent payment notice and then took another 3 weeks after the tenant vacated to get contractors to provide a quote to fix the place. Sigua mentioned they had multiple contractors they regularly use and turn around properties quickly, which felt like a lie with the incredibly slow action that was taken with my property. My property was mismanaged and vacant for 3 months during what should have been cosmetic repairs that should only take ~2 weeks. The contractor then waited 3 months to produce an inaccurate invoice where they tried to overcharge me. I would never trust my home or business with Sigua or any of its affiliates again. They were not helpful, transparent, or proactive in managing my property at all. I moved my property to another management company and have had a much smoother successful arrangement.

We ended up changing the focus of where we wanted to buy a home. We then took a break from house hunting for a couple years because the timing wasn't right. But through this time, Piper was always just a phone call or text away when we were interested in a home. Then it became something we want to focus on again at the end of 2024 and Piper jumped right back in and guided us through the whole process again and helped us find the home we eventually purchased. She was very patient with us through the whole process and was absolutely incredible to work with. She is very detailed and thorough. She always got us the answers to all the questions we asked, and did not cut any corners. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Wingfield Springs are ok, monthly due is reasonable, Fairway is much more, the crazy part is when you need to talk to some one, they only go to the onsite office every Friday, and 90% of time there's no one even it's Friday! I finally realized I don't want to deal with hoas no more, so I started selling my house. My realtor tired so many times to get a head of them so she can take pics of club house and gym, no success. I also called, drove to their office in south reno, they already got off work. they are so hard to get a hold of, but always on top of fees they want to collect. I finally got an offer, it's shocking that I need to pay 910 total for two HOAs resale package and demand, fairway alone is 580! What makes it worse is on top of 910, they charged me fees without even giving me payment choices. I thought I paid 300, 280, 175 and 155, but my bank showed that every charge got about 4 % of additional charges! what a rip off! I am extremely unhappy about their service, the website for homeowner is not user friendly, the real person is almost no way to be found in office, the only way I can communicate is via website or call, then they create a case, a lot of time close it without even solving anything, however, hoa fee can never be late! I am so done with them!

That was a good indication of the level of commitment Amy has to service. Throughout the home buying process, Amy was extremely responsive and thoughtful in her recommendations to us. I've been exposed to a few realtors and Amy is the most service-oriented realtor I have worked with. She even went so far as to put something special in our house to welcome us when we moved in! Amy doesn't forget you once the deal is done. I have called Amy for recommendations of home service professionals. She has always come through with excellent, timely recommendations. All the people I have interacted with have such glowing things to say about her as well. To this day, she always makes me feel like helping me is her highest priority.  The rest of her team are also true gems--supporting Amy and providing excellent, personalized service as well. My apprehension was quickly put to rest when I first contacted Amy regarding buying a house. Amy was prompt in responding and set up an initial meeting to ask me about my requirements. In our first meeting, Amy explained that she runs her real estate business with her mom, Janet and her dad, Jerry - together known as The Wallin Team. After meeting with the Wallins, I left with the feeling that I have made a right choice to have them help me search for my dream home. The Wallins bring professionalism and knowledge to the table along with their friendly smile and expert advice on real estate. From the very beginning, the Wallins maintained an open and prompt line of communication. All of my questions were answered by one of the Wallins within 1-2 hours via text or email. The Wallins were ready to meet me for showings within hours of notice and made me their priority. Though I am sure they had several other clients they were working with, they always made me feel as if I am their priority. What impressed me most was how well they treated me and how passionately all three of them got involved in my search for a dream house. The Wallins did a great job explaining the whole process and the timeline associated with each step. They prepared a binder that was broken down in easy to understand section explaining the process and methodology of a house buying process. This was a very helpful resource. They took a lot of hassle and headache out for me as we moved along the process and Amy even came in on her birthday for the house inspection just to ensure all goes smoothly.
