His experience, expertise and knowledge, as well as bedside manor and personality had definitely earned my trust in him as a doctor. He later performed laparoscopic surgery on my to remove the IUD. I've had such a great experience with him and I'm healing well with very minimal pain. I would recommend him to any woman in need of an OBGYN! He's the best!

WHA is offering a $25 payment plan for a $4,000 bill. Super helpful, when I have $0 to pay. At any rate, my doctors were mostly fine. It wasn't an exceptional experience but I felt safe and taken care of. My son is healthy and happy, but I definitely felt I needed to advocate for myself.

Eventually she does hang up and call, surprisingly gets someone. Apparently they never had a number attached to the virtual visit to check in (which doesn't make sense, she just had another virtual visit with them a few weeks ago and everything was fine) so they just never showed up and moved on to other patients. Absolutely ridiculous.

Mike the miracle worker can work little magic getting you an appointment as soon as possible that meets your schedule. In an urgent but not emergent situation, I was in the next day. The woman behind it all, Sheila Smith, FNP-C, is incredible. From my annual visit to things in between, I always leave that place feeling happier. The other NP in the clinic, Emily, is just as great. The back office staff always take there time, putting you at ease before the provider comes in. Cream of the crop.
