My eight-year-old got Invisalign here. Here's what she has to say: "I like that they have cookies! The people are nice, and will chit-chat with you about things like goats! Haha! If you get enough points, you can get prizes with them. There are video games and iPads in the lobby. I like the orthodontist and the people who help him!" As for myself, I appreciate they they can do a monthly direct deposit from our Health Savings account! I don't need to worry about payments. The staff are super nice and helpful! read more

The care is good but they ALWAYS run late. Even if you are the first appt of the day, it will be 5-10 mins late. As someone who takes off work to bring kids to these appts, it's extremely frustrating and feels like my time isn't valued. read more

I have to say, I did not have the best experience with them at all. I do not feel they were honest about my treatment until after I had committed and gave them my money. The primary reason I came in was to fix my overbite. After giving them my money, that's when they admitted the overbite wasn't going to get better. I was also told I would have the opportunity to "refine" my teeth at the end of my Invisalign treatment. Well when I came in for that, I was told I had "run out of refinements" the reason why? Well I had been in there 3 times during my treatment where my aligners were not fitting and cutting into my gums. I wore my trays consistently, it wasn't my fault, it was due to either the manufacturing of the trays or the design of the trays made by Dr Johnson When I got to my final appointment the hygienist asked me if I was happy with my teeth. I said I had a few things I'd like to see change, or refined. Dr Johnson came in saying everything was perfect and when I stated my concerns, he stated I would need jaw surgery, braces for 2 years and they would need more $$$... I obviously said no thanks on that part. This next part really has me unhappy. When the hygienist went to remove my attachments she visibly scratched at least one of my teeth, I can feel it with my fingernail and you can see it as well (I can only see one clearly and will have my dentist look at the rest). It seem like they just hired this girl off the street with little to no training whatsoever. She made a mess all over my face and didn't bother to clean me up at all, she then told me to rinse without telling me what to rinse my mouth out with or where to go to rinse my mouth out. She gave me no mouth wash or anything to get the nasty glue taste out of my mouth and I ended up having to brush my teeth in the parking lot after I left the building with my own toothbrush and toothpaste I keep on me. It truly felt I like I was a bother to them all and I cost them too much time and money. For something as valuable as teeth that can't be replaced, this place is not worth your time or money as a patient. read more

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Johnson for at least 7 years. We had extensive orthodontia which was very expensive including two sets of braces and headgear. We spent probably close to $10K between the care and travel to the office. We live 4 hours away and so it was an 8 hour round trip for each visit. The staff was completely unwilling to work with us on scheduling. I am a physician myself and sometimes I was up all night delivering a baby or the roads were too bad to travel. It was a fight to get appointments rescheduled. In my own practice I make every accommodation possible for people I know are traveling from a distance but in order to do that you have to care about your patients which is not what I experienced here. My daughter told the staff that she was not happy with her results before her braces were taken off but they told her everything looked good and took them off anyway. We have sought a second opinion and in fact she has malocclusion and we will have to pay for another round of orthodontia. We will be getting our care elsewhere this time and it is beyond frustrating that I have wasted several thousands of dollars in the meantime. read more

Save yourself the money, and don't get the "retainer insurance". Called to get a retainer and would still have to pay $65 to get one sent to me. Which is odd, bc I've had one other one sent to me which I didn't have to pay anything. Also, when I got my retainer they said I wouldn't need another 3D scan that they would save it to use it again. And at my very first appointment I declined the insurance and got talked into it. I said I didn't need it bc I'd be moving out of state. I was told, no worries with the insurance we will ship. Now I'm being asked for more money... Also I'd just look for a smaller office with the "famiy" feel. I had braces when I was younger and the ortho remembered faces and names. I just feel like you get lost in the chaos. Last time I was in the building it wasn't the cleanest as they was having work done, but other than that typical clean. I have been getting my braces done with them since last June and everything was fine, but the moment I mentioned I was moving and needed a place to get my braces checked up on, this office has been giving me the run around. I have been calling since April to get my medical records and they have given me different answers every time I call. it's now July and I still haven't been able to get my stuff transferred and still have not gotten any answers to where and when I can get an appointment to fix my broken bracket. definitely would avoid using them if you are in the military. horrible experience read more

Just called to continue my care after not being satisfied with having a gap between my teeth due to the Dr. shaving them to create more room to shift during treatment. I had to pause my treatment due to a move and when I called to begin again they wanted another $200 just to make an appointment and then add $50 to my current monthly payment for a so called "refinement fee". My Invisalign account is still active for reference. Charging someone extra to get to the results originally promised is unethical and unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back from the "office manager". Will update review if experience improves. read more

Honestly when we first came here we were so excited they seemed like they really cared but we are about a year in and the customer service is so rude. You hardly see an orthodontist if you do he's not friendly and super short. God forbid you have any issues they are even more rude when you call to schedule an appointment. It's so hard to switch care once you are locked in but if I can save anyone else from the headache. They care more about money then the care about patient care. We had a phase 1 done before so the experience we had there in care is night and day but when we moved here, Johnson orthodontist was highly recommended but the red flags don't come till you are locked into a contract. read more

I had 2 consultations with two different orthodontists.. Johnson orthodontics was by far the best choice. They have a great staff that was so helpful and answered all my questions . Dawn, Tara and Dr. Johnson all helped us through each step of the process. They have top of the line technology that shows models of the teeth and shows a progression of how the teeth will move with time.. It was outstanding. I did extensive research all along the Front Range and Dr Johnson was highly recommended. I haven't been disappointed--he has a great, friendly staff who always make me feel welcome. As a CU student, my schedule was sometimes hectic, and they were very flexible and accommodating. Also, he understood my concerns with braces versus Invisalign as a college student and worked with me to make Invisalign possible. Most importantly my teeth look amazing. My teeth turned out perfect and I completed the program on time.
