Because of the delay, the move couldn't be completed that evening and had to be finished the next day. What should have been a straightforward, small move became a stressful, two-day costly process. The biggest issue was poor communication and unrealistic scheduling, compounded by impersonal, automated (i.e., AI-generated) responses when I raised concerns. Ivan and Anthony coordinated my move-out from house to storage, storage unit to moving truck, and then delivery to new home. Before providing estimates and scheduling moves, he would request to take a look at the old space and all items to be moved. Ivan made sure that everything was transported and delivered with care and intact. Ivan not only handled moves, he had a good eye for furniture placement. When my bedroom set would not fit, he knew which pieces would look beautiful in other areas of my apartment. He even picked up a store order for me instead of my paying for shipping/delivery and figuring out how to carry the heavy purchase upstairs.
