I communicated nearly every month and sometimes more than once. I would repeatedly communicate the same content because I would go months without a reply. And when I would receive a reply it had to be edited. Through perseverance I was able to resolve one issue myself. The remaining issues are still pending. I was never more disappointed in a professional than with this law firm. The last charge to my account was September 2021 with a balance due. It is now May 2022 and I received a bill. The bill arrived 8 months after my last charge and 3 months after they were fired. Glad to move on. Not satisfied with the quality or quantity of work performed. I recommend you go elsewhere. This is a sample of a communication from October 2021: I contracted with you in April 2021 to resolve the aforementioned issues. As of October 20, 2021, not one issue has been resolved.
