I had to call and push #5 on the phone as if I was another physician to get anyone to answer the phone, who then put me thru to the office where someone actually picked the phone up. This is unacceptable from a drs office. Maybe they are understaffed or don't know how to check their own system to follow-up. Maybe Franciscan management should make sure they are trained properly to take care of patients or potential patients.

Dr. Hutchinson himself is a pretty rad person. He's quick, straight to the point and friendly. Only draw back is an older nurse that works there doesn't read the charts well, if at all. He worked with me to try various different options to avoid surgery. However, my bone spur was just too big and it had to come out. He did a great job explaining to me what would be done and what to expect. While I hope to never need surgery on my other foot if it ends up happening I definitely will come back to Dr. Hutch. He is a wonderful doctor and helped me get back to walking pain free.
