When I called to set up a first visit, I was happy with the care the office staff took to get to know me, what I needed, and the best chiropractor for my cervical needs. I was seeing a different chiropractor (which was decent), but it was getting expensive because they didn't take my medical insurance. I was very curious to compare and contrast the two offices. I was much more impressed with New Mexico Chiropractic Center! Dr. Marcus is HIGHLY knowledgeable. He asked me several questions to get the full perspective of what my body had been through and what we needed to work on. He informed me of his background and expertise. He explained every little thing to me scientifically which was amazing. He adjusted me and each time, he charted specifically what manipulation he had performed. Then he would walk me through what else my neck, back, hip, and shoulder needed and then perform the next manipulation and chart again. He also sent me home with exercises, and recommended I continue with physical therapy at the same time as seeing him. I would definitely recommend New Mexico Chiropractic Center! Hands down! Today I feel wonderful. My neck, back, shoulder, and hip are feeling pain free. I can't wait to see what the future brings with this wonderful office. Cheers!

The office staff were great to be with. I'm sure they are probably not all there anymore, but from my time, I really enjoyed them. Dr. Rion doesn't just do a procedure and turn you loose; he talks and educates throughout the visit. It's been a few years since I went there (due to family care needs), but would not hesitate to return if needed again. I"m grateful also that the VA has the foresight to give us Veterans more options for care.

He had seen him for back issues and he had great success. He also trusts Dr. Adrian and really liked him as well. I went in and was examined and they found quite a bit of issues from an accident I had back in February. Well 4 sessions in and I am walking better, range of motion is improving and best of all I was able to enjoy a full body stretch after a month of tightness. I have a bit of a healing journey ahead but I trust Dr. Adrian and his team. They are sincere and caring and they helped me realize how important the "little things" are when you are out of alignment.

I was referred to Dr. Carpenter after my husband started going here. I had just had surgery a month prior and the physical therapy was getting real. The appointment process is easy. I don't normally allow the neck, but he was very gentle and I didn't feel like I was about to be decapitated. Dr. Carpenter is in my companies preferred network so the cost was low and even more so once I hit my deductible. Highly recommended.

Finally reached someone on the phone so I could start scheduling appointments. I told him I couldn't do anything before 10:00am because I don't live in the city, and he scheduled one for 11 then asked, "How about 7:00?" I'm PRETTY sure 7 is before 10... For my first appointment I ended up driving around and around trying to find some place to park. They told me later when I mentioned it that despite their "No Parking" signs, you MAY park in their small lot at the corner of Central & High St. Entrance is on High St. Tiny waiting room. They have wifi. (Which they also neglected to tell me.) . I did not click with my therapist either, although that is just personalities. I have a joint injury as well as another diagnosis and I don't really appreciate being told that I "just need to get over it." I went looking for assistance and care, not arguments about how many push-ups I can do. After my second appointment the aggravation and pain were just too much and I cancelled all my remaining appointments. I'll find a more caring provider somewhere else. I tried to get a feel for other clients and everyone seemed to be leaving there in good spirits, however one woman came in and cancelled all her appointments as well. (I couldn't determine why) There are numerous therapists, so it's possible some are a better fit for certain clients than others, and they were all very friendly it seemed.
