We are regulars when it comes to seeing a chiropractor, have been since 2008. Our chiropractor (and…read morefriend!) moved out of country, and the other chiropractor we saw closed. It took us a few months to find a new one. Our insurance recommended Dr. Movsessian. I really like his non-aggressive adjustment technique. At first, I wasn't sure if there was impact, however, I can feel the difference in the weeks following the adjustments. Less pain and stiffness, more mobility. I also have a tendency to grind my teeth so I use a custom guard. I have small surface fractures on my molars and my jaw is usually very tense and sore when I wake up. My dentist recommended having my chiropractor help to adjust my jaw and neck. I mentioned it to Dr. Movsessian and the very first time he adjusted for that, I felt the difference. I don't wake up feeling like my teeth are stuck together or can't move my jaw. Before, my teeth would be sore for days and it would hurt to chew on my left side, but after the adjustment there is less tension and it seems as if I'm grinding my teeth less. Overall a great experience. Definitely give it a try!

The website said they were open, but the doors were locked, and no lights were on. They did call me mid-morning the next day, but I had already found another facility. When someone is in pain from a sports injury, they would like a call back promptly. If your website states that you are open, then you at least have someone answering the incoming calls if you can not physically be there. It doesn't make for good business.

Where do I start...I have had chronic back pain for years on top of migraines. I was having…read moremigraines up to 3-4 time a a week at one point. The only solution my primary Dr came up with was to put me on medication. I was referred to Foothill Family Chiropractic. The first apportionment I was blown away at how much time they took to really hear my a aches, and pain. I then had an in house X-ray to better understand why my migraines, and chronic pain was so frequent. I was then shown the problem areas and talked about plan of action. I wanted to hit the ground running. Well maybe not running but a brisk jog. After my first few appointment I was already feeling relief. I then purchased this magical ice pack!!! I was told to ice for 10 minutes a day and let me tell you there's magic in that ice pack!!!! After my first month of appointments I realized I have not once taken my migraine medication. I kept quite to not to jinx myself. After month TWO no headaches or migraines I had to finally say something. I have been officially off my medication for TWO MONTHS!!! My chronic pain has diminished dramatically as well. I cannot recommend them enough. Crawl, limp, walk, run and make your appointment today. You will not be sorry. Plus the staff is so helpful and friendly.

I started coming to Dr. Mehr as a workers comp referral over a year ago due to a low back injury. I…read morewas also receiving PT at the time, however it was not helpful. Having tried other Chiropractors in the past i was also skeptical of this location. I'll also say that initially i was thrown a little off by DR. Mehr's directness. However, once you get down to the nuts and bolts of his practice he is direct because he cares. He is direct because he is holding you accountable, and he is direct because he wants you to get better. Once you realize that and take ownership of your injury by following what is Rx'd you will notice the change. I have come to value our relationship and I trust him to have my best interest in mind to ensure my well being. Dr. Mehr has been a medical provider that I value and trust. Thank you.

I can't fully explain how grateful I am to have discovered Dr. Peter, Justin and Cathy. From day 1,…read morethey not only listened to me about my health issues, they also offered me compassion and a solid treatment plan. They did not upsell me anything. They only required that I quit eating processed food and flour and that I come in twice a week. I was skeptical at first but I gave it a solid shot. I'm happy to report that after just five sessions, after 10 years of insomnia and depending on *herbal* remedies and ambien and NyQuil, I now sleep like a baby. For 7 hours straight. You don't know how life-changing this is. And for the first time in my life, I wake up feeing refreshed and excited to face my day. I have absolutely no need for coffee because I have so much more energy after I get up and my energy levels are consistent throughout the day. I am so grateful to these people for giving me back my health. I thought feeling like crap was just aging. It wasn't. It was decades of bad habits taxing my body, that they had managed to undo with some strategically placed needles and nourishing herbs. I owe these people the happiness I now enjoy as a middle-aged woman and the excitement I have tackling my day. I feel better than I did when I was in my 20s. I strongly urge you all to give acupuncture a shot instead of taking 20 pills a day for symptoms. These guys don't cure symptoms. They get right to the root of your problem. I promise you, their acupuncture technique will change your life.

I've known Dr Mandell for a few years now and am glad to have him as my back saver! On a good day,…read morehe makes you feel awesome and on a not-so-good day, he puts you back together so you can start the healing process. Life hits you from all angles and it takes a physical toll on your body and state of mind. But Dr. Mandell knows exactly how to restore your body to a place where you're so comfortable, that everything else seems better as well. Here's what to expect from him: - Go in for an in deep consultation. Dr. Mandell wants to get to know YOU, how you care for your body, how you use it during the day, how you sleep at night, etc. With this information, he'll make a customized plan for you so that he can help you get on the fastest track to recovery. - Relief and Prevention! In Dr. Mandell's way of thinking, you need to "Come in for treatment BEFORE you're in the red zone of discomfort and pain." It makes a lot of sense... but with most people juggling crazy life schedules, it's hard to remember to come in until you realize you've been limping for a week or you've had a persistent migraine that just won't go away. Making regular appointments helps to remind you to make time for self-care. - Every time you come in, he greets you with a genuine smile of recognition, and looks you in the eye to assure you that you are now in good hands. After about 20 minutes, his magic is done and you'll feel like a fog has been lifted and you're 5 years younger. You get another open invitation to come back, and of course, you'll definitely want to. Thank you for the relief Dr. Mandell!

Oh my back my back! It hurts it hurts!…read more I came in to address a problem with my back that Ive been having for the past 3-4 weeks or so... Like your typical man I brushed it off for a while untill it started to become crippling bad. I had to wait a whole week before getting an appointment. They are really busy compared to when I was here back in 2019. So the Doctor felt me up ( He man handled me lol) If you are ticklish this may not be for you. He gave me a explanation of what was going on with my body, my shoulders and ribs not aligned and the muscles over compensate for it's misplacement. He predicted that I'll call back for another session in 2-3 weeks. I believe he's right since it took a while for this to develop, I think it's going to take a few visit to fix it.
