If there was a way to give Sara 10 stars, I would! We had our four mid century modern chairs…read morere-upholstered by Sara. The entire experience with her was beyond our expectations. Since 2018, we have completely remodeled our entire home inside and out as well as replaced furniture and decor in all of our rooms. This means that we have worked with countless contractors, service providers, painters, installers, and furniture companies - and Sara's service exceeded them all. She is responsive, patient, detailed, and committed to the best customer care, including being fully transparent with timelines and "what to expect". Her work is meticulous, beautiful and impeccable - our chairs look just as they did when we first purchased them, except with a better color and fabric, thanks to the number of options she has. Additionally, she works with her husband who is equally as wonderful - and willing to pick up/drop off the pieces (although we did not take him up on the offer). Overall, I am so grateful for the wonderful experience and I am a customer for life - or at least, a customer for as long as I live in Colorado! Thank you!

It helped to pick out several samples and spend a few days looking over the different fabrics in order to choose what looked best in my home. Their professionalism and warm personalities made them a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased and recommend them highly. Carla in Parker

These are very high end, modern pieces that called for attention to detail due to the straight lines and squared off cushions and bases. It took a very long time to get it back, which was ok since we thought it was going to be a stellar job. When we got it back, overall it looked ok. But once we set everything up in the room, we noticed that the cushions were out of square. In some cases the cushions don't even cover up the base of the sofa. (see photos) The workmanship was sloppy and it is disappointing that they basically ruined a $15k sofa set. The photos say everything.

We did have to wait for them to be ready to work on our chairs, but we were able to keep them until our place in the queue came up. More waiting while they worked on them, but once they were done, Ackerman's delivered them for free to make up for it! We are very happy and would recommend this place to anyone.
