Not really impressed with this place and based on my experience…read more After a bad storm, I had to pull over due to excessive snow buildup in the wheels. There weren't any car washes or anywhere safe to pull over, so I stopped here. Luckily, they weren't overly busy and said they could get me in a few minutes as they were just finishing up someone else's same issue. I asked if they remove the wheels and I was assured by the young man that they take off all the wheels and spray them out. Great. That would be helpful and I could make it home without the car shaking aggressively as I drove. I waited for nearly an hour and wondered what was taking so long so I decided to ask the guy at the counter how long it would take to spray out tires. He looked at me surprised like he forgot I was still waiting. He went to the shop and was back in 30 seconds and said 'your car is done'. It seemed a little suspicious but I just wanted to get home so I paid and went home as more snow was coming down and I didn't want to run into the same issue again. When I got home and parked in the garage, I realized I had left my locking lug nut with tool kit behind. I had taken it out of the trunk and meant to put it in the glove box and guess I forgot. No one even bothered to ask me for the locking lug nut so I assumed they had found it. I wondered if maybe they had just found one that worked, but upon closer inspection of my wheels, they were still very dirty with many chunks of ice still attached. Most of the snow was gone, but it was very clear that this shop charged me $40 (PLUS AN HOUR OF MY TIME!) to park my car in the shop and do literally NOTHING. Wheels weren't removed as they claimed. None of the tires were sprayed out and I still ended up having to clean the rest of the ice out myself. Something so simple turned out to be very deceitful. I can't imagine what other sheister moves would be pulled if you actually had to get real work done here. I'd caution folks to steer clear of this place. While it was only $40, it was still my time and my hard-earned money that was deceitfully taken from me.

So I did some price checking and this place seemed like a good deal. I was so wrong. I got 4 tires…read morefor my car and while they were working on my car they rummaged through my dash. I know this as I only gave them my first name, but the receipt had my first, middle and last name as well as my address on it. This is a complete violation of privacy and trust! Now for the cost. Although the tires seemed like a good deal, I had a fender bender a couple months after and my insurance papers, that were always in the dash were missing. The shay tire snooper forgot to put them back. I never checked as i didn't give them permission to snoop in my dash! I got a $1200 fine for not having insurance. It was straightened out, but was a hassle between my insurance and the courthouse 2 hours away from me. There are no deals to be had at this place that now has my personal information and if I have my identity stolen this crooked place is my first suspect. who knows what they have to safeguard my information or if they have any intentions as they are the ones that snooped in my dash and forgot to put my insurance back. I now keep my insurance in my wallet and take my registration out when I get any maintenance done.

When I called the dispatcher again she said the driver told them that he spoke to me and that they would not be sending a truck out to help me. I was trapped in my truck in the ditch. I understand that the weather was bad but thats when tow trucks are supposed to be out working.
