started out we had a joint replaced. we hooked up to our camper for vacation and got about 10 miles…read moreand the driveshaft came flying out. looked at it and one of the clips that hold the cap in place was not there. we had to have the truck and the camper towed. it also knocked of a emission component by the gas tank. the good. they took care of replacing the driveshaft . they took care of the towing. with the truck being our only transportation, we had to rent a vehicle while they ordered the shaft. they would not reimburse for rental. even after admitting fault. they fired the tech because this was the second one in a month. any time my wife would call the advisor would be demeaning to her. the last time she called , the check engine light was on. autozones code was for the part they replaced. we never had a light on before all of this. his words were want do you want? it is an old truck! excuse me , it is 2006 with 125 k on it. so many times they could have made this right and failed!! and beware if your a lady doing business with them!!!

However, I will say this if you have low profile tires, he will gouge your rims. Walking to I did eventually point this out to him and he fessed up and mention, "I don't have the plastic for that"... He was honest when I brought it to his attention on my second return with these low profiles... He did refer me to somebody who wouldn't scratch my $1100 rims. But on my wife's minivan and regular tires and ATVs, he's the man to go to. I promise you and he was honest about telling me he couldn't guarantee he wouldn't scratch my clear Coat again. I personally love this guy! This is the only reason why i didn't give him a five star review. I'm bringing my side-by-side rims to him tomorrow.

There was already 2 people ahead of me, but it went really fast. A nice man asked me what I needed, went to check for tires. Checked my tires and gave me pricing. It's a no frills shop. But who cares, I'm not living there. Everyone was super kind and it took about 1 hour for them to put on 3 tires. He told me 1 of mine was good. I paid with debit card. There is a little bit of a service fee if you pay with a card, a few bucks less for cash. They have a 30 day warranty with receipt. I will definitely be back and recommend others. Well, I had to visit there yesterday. Spent two hours waiting for someone because of a bad tire…read morethat had put a spare on and order a tire for me to come back the next day. Fast forward to today I get there at 4 PM today and I finally have my tire ready at 5:20. So a total time of three hours and 20 minutes to get one new tire installed. Do you see anything wrong with this picture? I have complained they're super busy all the time I get it, but there are certain jobs that are much easier and faster than others. It just seems that could change their process to help everyone. It's terrible that you should have to wait three hours to get one tire changed. And as everyone knows nowadays, tires are not cheap. I feel like we're getting taken not just in the price of tires, but in the labor factor as well.
