The workers at Bass Tire were very helpful, understanding and efficient. They helped me navigate what was being done in a timely manner and were very kind to all customers during my visit! I tried another repair shop and was very disappointed how dishonest they were. I noticed they provide service to Brentwood fleet vehicles. The maintenance item I need couldn't be done due to a minor repair I needed done first. They didn't try and upsell the repair and didn't try and charge me just for looking at it. I took my vehicle back and repairs were done right and very reasonable. The guys in the front were very friendly and enjoyable to talk with.
