Mike the installer was great and the windows came out great. They worked on two different of my properties. Great customer experience.

THANK YOU!!! Victor from Mobile Tint LA showed up on time, was super professional, and did the most…read moreamazing tint job I've ever seen on my BMW. Clean work, no bubbles, edges look factory, and the car looks completely different. Mobile service made the whole thing easy. Highly recommend, ask for Victor! You will not be disappointed.

Bad service. I…read moreasked the gentleman to match the back windows as close as possible. As you can see in the pictures, the driver and passenger side do not match the back windows at all. The job was done in our garage and so we thought maybe it looks like this because its inside but its worse outside. When we spoke to the technician, he agreed and said he understood but finished work says otherwise. Not to mention but there is a giant bubble on the front windshield in the passenger side and another one in the top side of the driver side. At this time. I cannot recommend this service provider. I am disappointed and upset over the money wasted. ***update. The manager called me to apologize and rescheduled my appointment for their next available which was a Wednesday before my final exam. I had to do a 3hr round trip drive because I dont live in LA. However, as you can see in the videos the job was so poorly done the first time, I had to get it fixed or get my money back. The manager didn't seem willing to refund. So fine, I spent more money on gas than I needed to. The guy who did the job came back. Took pictures. Apologize and went ahead and attempted to fix it. Super sweet dude wonderful customer service. However, it took a minute and extra help for the material to adhere to the window edges. I had to give it help by adding towels to keep it in place and parking my car under the sun to help. Now, the ceramic is doing its job and it has helped tremendously reduce the temperature inside the car. However 2 trips to LA and long convos with the manager trying to convince me that the job was well done its too much of a hassle. On top of that, tell me why I have their manager texting me on a Saturday evening, as I am actively attempting to celebrate my graduation, pretty much harassing me about my review. Waste of money. I regret getting the work from this place and I don't recommend this place.

Save yourself all those hours of googling/yelping and just go with California Tint Crew. I've done…read moreall the research for you. (You're welcome.) :) Yelp is a great way to determine who actually has customer service skills. After messaging several companies, California Tint Crew rose above and beyond as not only professional in communication, but also caring customers when considering affordability options. A representative was easy to schedule for a consultation: he was professional, flexible with my work hour needs, and informative. I was given the rundown on what was possible to tint, pricing, and different tinting levels. Sample tints were placed against our windows so we could make a more informed decision. Next up was the installation -- Irvin (the technician) was punctual and professional as well. He was respectful of our home and did an amazing job cleaning up. The other important factor: quality of the window tinting. I did extensive research on the infrared and UV differences between the four companies I was talking to. I was willing to pay more for better quality tinting. Other companies were trying to charge me $500 more for cheaper window tints. There was only one other company I found that charged me less than California Tint Crew, however, I would have been compromising too much on quality. If I'm going to fork over a chunk of money, it's going to be for a long-term investment. After several weeks, I'm thoroughly satisfied with our windows! It was 90 degrees yesterday, and I didn't turn on the AC until it was about 3:00pm. The tints speak for themselves!

Absolutely amazing experience all around. They were quick to respond, showed up early and were so…read morefriendly and professional! I didn't have the tool to remove a door handle and the tech actually went to Home Depot, bough the tool and didn't charge me any additional. Unheard of these days. The door looks amazing!
