They had info for funeral and suggested we go with florists choice. Not familiar with this I asked what it was and she explained the florist can use the freshest flowers from what they have in stock. Leaving this to the professionals, I thought this was a good choice. All the other flowers were beautiful EXCEPT the tie die Roses! Can overlook that these roses had already opened and were in full bloom BUT can't overlook the fact that they chose tie die roses for a funeral. We were embarrassed & apologized. Silver lining is our embarrassment & apologies brought smiles & laughter.

The arrangement in the photos was delivered locally for $115 total. I was shocked to see the photo, which was sent immediately after it was received. I would have expected better quality flowers, and not expecting to see so much cheap looking filler. Looking at the other photos posted, maybe I'm correct in thinking this isn't their typical standard of work. It is outrageous to charge $115 for this, either way.

We walked inside and the place was so cute but were immediately told " what do you want" and not in a friendly way, you could tell she was annoyed we walked inside. I was taken aback & asked " I'm sorry was this was a bad time?" She said no look around. So we preceded to look and the owner ( it was a short lady with glasses) just kept staring at us. Made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. There were quite a few adorable items but I just was so put off by her attitude I was not going to spend my $ there. I mean maybe she was having a bad day? But she just made us feel so unwelcome; especially since all the other stores were so welcoming and friendly. Would not recommend.

The flowers were delivered about 2-2.5 hours after I ordered them. They're beautiful. The customer service was stellar. My only issue is the size. I paid $99 for the arrangement and $15 for the delivery. My total was $124. I feel the arrangement was rather small and skimpy for $99 worth of flowers. I've purchased bigger arrangements at HEB for a little over half the cost of what I spent here. Online I also feel the arrangement was bigger and fuller. That's my only disappointment.

I explained my vision and she just ran with it, knowing exactly the atmosphere I wanted to create, on the most special day of my life. I can't say enough about Erin and her business. She was so very helpful to me, even helping me with things unrelated to the floral aspect of our wedding. She even came back to the venue and set up for my bridal portraits (had them after the wedding due to photographer getting sick). Anyways, I'm rambling but just wanted to share my enthusiasm for Erin and Eden's Echo.
