Sorry to say this was a less than stellar experience. I was very grateful they took a same day…read moreorder, as stated on their website, but the quality of the arrangement was extremely disappointing. The arrangement in the photos was delivered locally for $115 total. I was shocked to see the photo, which was sent immediately after it was received. I would have expected better quality flowers, and not expecting to see so much cheap looking filler. Looking at the other photos posted, maybe I'm correct in thinking this isn't their typical standard of work. It is outrageous to charge $115 for this, either way.

The flowers were delivered about 2-2.5 hours after I ordered them. They're beautiful. The customer service was stellar. My only issue is the size. I paid $99 for the arrangement and $15 for the delivery. My total was $124. I feel the arrangement was rather small and skimpy for $99 worth of flowers. I've purchased bigger arrangements at HEB for a little over half the cost of what I spent here. Online I also feel the arrangement was bigger and fuller. That's my only disappointment.

I hope Judy's sees this review and either refunds the sender or sends a proper arrangement to the recipient as intended by the sender.
