They immediately understood the problem and told me to bring it into the shop. They replaced the lock cable and fastener in a couple of hours for a nominal amount. My husband and goddaughter have gotten their open water, advanced open water and are working on their cavern. I have my open water and advanced certifications. All of the training has been top notch and while my husband and goddaughter took to diving pretty easily, I'm still perfecting the skills I've been taught. However, they have given me the confidence and skills to know that with practice I'll improve.
