He took the time to answer all my questions (silly ones and all) and was honest in the advice he gave. All of Andy's staff are also helpful and knowledgeable especially Ryan who took the time to help me pick out the perfect bike helmet while Andy was getting my bike ready. Before making the purchase, he asked great questions to determine what type of bike would fit my needs then showed me to those types of models. I was able to ride a couple of bikes to get a feel for the difference and determine which I liked better. In the end I went with the purple 2017 Specialized Vita model in small. It rides so smooth, is comfortable and brings back that feeling of freedom, pure joy and FUN! I had forgotten how amazing it feels to ride a bicycle since I haven't had one in over 25 years!! I'm so looking forward to taking this awesome piece of perfection on the road. This bike shop is very convenient, if you are in the area and need to grab bike repair supplies like tires, tubes, and/or patch kits. Parts are very reasonably priced, under $5 for a tube. And perhaps the even bigger selling point is they actually have them in stock! In Erie County (which is home for me, Orleans County is where our camp property is located), it is very difficult to even find any bike repair supplies, especially tubes or patch kits. Lake Breeze had a shelf full of them! Lake Breeze also sells other bike accessories like racks and baskets, as well as a small selection of new bicycles themselves. Plus this is also a repair shop. I have not had my bike serviced here, but I wouldn't hesitate bringing it here should I need it. Very friendly, knowledgeable service here; if you need anything bike-related, check them out! :-)

Terrible customer service. My husband was looking for a new bike and received a written deal for a…read moreGiant model with specific specs. On the day we went to pick it up, we also decided to buy a bike for me. After trying several options, I finally chose one. All seemed good--until they brought out my husband's bike, which turned out to have completely different specs than what was originally offered. We began discussing alternatives with the salesperson, and my husband started trying other models. Suddenly, the salesperson walked off to the parking lot because a friend of his had arrived. They came inside, but instead of continuing to help us, the salesperson turned his full attention to his friends and completely ignored us, it wasn't just a moment, it was at least 15-20 min, So we left. Thankfully, we then went to a store in Whitby where the experience was completely different. We were warmly welcomed, given clear explanations of so many options, and ended up purchasing two bikes very quickly. That's how customer service should be.
