During the process, I was reached out by a lady with the name of Lynda Rexroat and I was given detailed information about the role, was interviewed and was told to follow up by her once I was ready to move forward with touring the center to see if I liked the workflows before moving on to the next stage of the hiring process, this created the expectation that I was still being considered. After trying to follow up with Lynda Rexroat multiple times and waiting over a month, I received no response and was ultimately left without any communication regarding the status of my application. What disturbed me the most was Ms. Lynda Rexroat's inability/refusal to follow through what she had said. While I understand that not every applicant will be selected, GHOSTING candidates after setting EXPECTATIONS for next steps is disappointing, disrespectful and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was saddened to experience these negative qualities from Lynda Rexroat and to see her LACK of knowing how to treat a human being with BASIC respect. A simple update or message from Lynda Rexroat or anyone else from the company would have made a significant difference, especially after reaching out MULTIPLE times for over the course of a month. I hope the organization improves its hiring communication process so future applicants are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve. Ghosting, is a really bad look. And if you are an applicant reading this, please take what I have written into GREAT consideration!

We are appalled that she never bothered to contact my husband regarding the results of his lab test results. Not a call, not a text, NOTHING! At times texts are fine to answer many questions, however when a patient requests a call to speak to the doctor directly, not by text and she never responds, it is unacceptable. Even after speaking directly to the office staff regarding a call back and told two days in a row that the doctor would call us back that NEVER happened. We just got another useless text. If Dr. Amy Schettino does not want to take the time to have a short conversation with a patient on occasion, and will only respond with a text she should not be practicing medicine on patients. We did not receive the medication prescribed in the form that was discussed in her office. She asked how we preferred it administered and confirmed this in a clear discussion at the end of our appointment. We called the office and spoke to an assistant who kept blaming us for not understanding what form of the medication was ordered. We understood EXACTLY what form of medication was discussed. It was not the first time my husband used this medication. Take responsibility for your mistakes! The medication was ordered in a different form than the first time we used it which caused confusion resulting in delayed administration of the medication. This caused my husband to be in pain and severe discomfort longer than necessary. Specific messages were left regarding this issue requesting a phone call from the doctor to discuss it. A call was never received. We also called asking if one part of the lab results were back and were told they would let us know the next day regarding that particular part of the results. We never heard back regarding the result we asked about with a call or a text. We understood there was a different culture that would take several weeks. As stated, we never received a call about any of the results to discuss what further measures should be taken. We went to the portal several weeks later to review the lab results that we were informed would be available after several weeks. Dr. Amy Schettino did not have the decency to get in touch with us regarding the results and to discuss them. This is despicable. What respectable physician ignores their patients lab results and never calls to discuss them. I come from a family of many physicians and if they treated their patients the way Dr. Amy Schettino treated us, they would not have a practice. We had to request the medical records four times in ten days without them being sent to our primary care physician. If you do not have the respect for a patient that needs to speak to you on occasion you should not be practicing medicine. It takes more than some medical knowledge to be a good doctor. It takes communication with your patients in a timely and considerate manner. That means a short conversation on occasion. You are required to follow up on your patients lab results in a reasonable timeframe. We also learned that his symptoms could be other issues that she never addressed in her diagnosis or from his lab results. We requested my husbands records and proceeded with another capable, caring and responsive ENT physician at a different practice. Our new physician discussed in detail with us my husbands results and what was causing his symptoms. Now that I have researched many of your reviews I wish I had read them before we visited your office. We never would have trusted you with his healthcare. The reviews we read are not the only negative feedback we have heard regarding care received by Dr. Amy Schettino.

DO NOT COME HERE. Good god…read more I scheduled an appointment for my husband at 3:30. They requested he come 15 min early to complete paperwork. He arrived at 3:15, turned in paperwork by 3:25. By 4:00 he still has not been called back. By 4:15, he asks someone how much longer it would be until he's seen. They tell him that the doctor is very thorough and it could be 5:00 before he's seen. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! What is the point of setting an appointment then? I have NEVER heard of anything like this in any type of medical practice. We were new patients and prob would've been lifers because my children also visit ENTs regularly for their snoring but good god, anyone but here would be better. DO NOT waste your time.

I got there today and was told I didn't have an appointment and the audiologist wasn't there. She asked if I had the right office. I realize I haven't been there in a while but I did call the correct office. She offered to make me an appointment but I said don't bother. I had already waited almost 3 weeks and I'm sure it would have been another 3 because she kept telling me how full they are. I love Dr. Yanta but I probably won't go there again. It's too hard to get an appointment and frankly the person at the front wasn't very friendly. His office staff used to be much better than this.

Previously I have been on a C-PAP machine for about fourteen years. I was prescribed this as a result of a sleep study by a non-ENT physician.I am not sure if the machine will be required In the future but I have slept through the night for two weeks without it. I am excited about discontinuing the use if everything continues in a positive direction. I would encourage anyone with Sleep Apnea to have your case reviewed by Dr Diamond. I really don't like to leave bad reviews but when the service is not up to par I feel it's…read morenecessary so others know and perhaps to give the practice a chance to improve. They were good when I first joined years ago but in the past 3 years they have steadily declined. 1. Dr's / PA have quit. This is what made the practice great in the beginning. They cared and would listen and actually knew who you were and followed up. Now, you're constantly having to chase them for renewals, rx, approvals, diagnosis, next steps because they don't know you. RX aren't followed up upon or takes forever to get renewal, takes weeks to get an appt, months for routine appt, every year they tell me I don't need a physical exam when I use to have one at least every year and the pap every other year (it just feels like they just don't want to do it), dropped the ball on approving Rx, It could be that they are victim of their own success. Too many patients, even though they no longer take new patients. I don't ever see a Dr or a RN any more, it's always a PA. 2. Their front desk check in people are annoying. I feel like it's not a genuine atmosphere 3. Their Phlebotomist is rough when they take your blood and so grumpy when she does it 4. there is ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS an hour wait even if you get there 5-10mins early and checked in. Only way to avoid this is if you are the first appts of the day. 5.They tend to fob you off to specialists because it is "beyond their scope" but then don't recommend any specialists. I really hate to have to look for a new dr practice but it looks like i may have to. I wish I didnt have to.
