Marci's team was absolutely amazing and provided such excellent care it was heartbreaking to leave due to relocation. The teachers and staff have been nothing short of amazing, and they will be greatly missed by our family. We are so grateful for the love, care, and support they have shown our children over the years. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Miss Babita at The Goddard School of Suwanee/Johns…read moreCreek. She is truly everything we could ever have hoped for in a preschool teacher. Miss Babita has an incredible gift for working with young children. She somehow manages to be patient, warm, kind, loving, and genuinely nurturing while also maintaining the structure and discipline that a classroom full of four-year-olds needs. Watching her bring a whole group of energetic little personalities together into a calm, cohesive, happy classroom is honestly impressive. Her classroom feels like a place where children are not only learning, but where they feel safe, valued, respected, and encouraged. She creates an environment that is educational without ever losing the warmth and joy that children this age need. Every child seems to have a place in her classroom, and every child seems to thrive under her care. What stands out most to us is how genuinely kind she is. Children know when an adult truly cares about them, and our son absolutely adores her. Even though she is no longer his regular classroom teacher, he still runs to hug Miss Babita every time he sees her. That tells us more than almost anything else could. As parents, there is an enormous amount of trust involved in leaving your child with someone every day. With Miss Babita, we always felt that our son was in the hands of someone who cared about him, understood him, taught him, guided him, and wanted him to succeed. She is patient when patience is required, firm when structure is needed, encouraging when a child needs confidence, and loving throughout all of it. She has that rare ability to command a classroom without ever losing her gentleness. Miss Babita is an exceptional educator and an exceptional human being. The Goddard School is incredibly fortunate to have her, and any child who gets to spend a year in her classroom is fortunate too. If we could give her more than five stars, we absolutely would. She made a lasting impression on our son and on us, and we will always be grateful that she was part of his early education.

Review for The Goddard School (Suwanee Pre-K Program)…read more Our 4-year-old son attended this Goddard location for about a month in the Pre-K program. We waited a few weeks after withdrawing him before sharing our experience because we wanted to be sure he was adjusting well in a different environment and he truly is. Pros: Good curriculum and a clean, secure facility. Cons: From the very first day, his teacher (Angela) repeatedly told us that he "doesn't listen," and that first impression never seemed to change. Instead of partnering with us, we felt that our son was being singled out with a continued negative focus. We tried to discipline him more at home based on this feedback, and in hindsight, we regret how this affected him. Communication was almost nonexistent. We asked for weekly updates and only received one. The school app, where teachers are expected to communicate, had very limited personalized information. Interactions with his teacher often felt unfriendly. When we greeted her in the mornings, she provided cold response, which made us feel unwelcome rather than supported. Management was unaware of these ongoing issues until we brought them up. While they expressed willingness to help, but we felt that their suggestions were not convincing. We completely understand that teachers can be firm, that is perfectly fine. But fairness and collaboration matter. When a child is viewed through a negative lens from day one, that can impact not only their confidence but also the parent-school relationship. We ultimately removed him because we did not want him in an environment that felt discouraging. He is now attending a new Pre-K program and has adjusted wonderfully. In several weeks, we have not received a single complaint from his new teachers. This reassured us that his struggles at Goddard were not due to who he is as a child, but the environment he was placed in. Most reviews for this school are very positive, and that is exactly why we feel obligated to share our honest experience. If we had known, we would not have enrolled our son here. Parents considering this Pre-K program should ask clear questions about communication and how behavior concerns are handled. We hope our feedback helps the school improve so every child and every parent feels supported

We thoroughly researched and toured several schools before enrolling her at THMS in April 2023. Mr. Amir, the former owner, was a great leader. Ms. Shireen, the current head of school, is equally wonderful. Despite facing challenges like every organization, the school has experienced positive transformations. Ms. Shireen, Ms. Uzma, and the incredible teachers have prepared our children for kindergarten. There's been an increase in open communication, and more visibility into the curriculum. The school offers fun activities during school hours and some after, and they always include parents and families whenever possible. Our daughter has cherished every teacher, including her afternoon teachers during the extended day program. We haven't experienced any harsh treatment, thankfully. While it's understandable that we might pick her up sweaty from the playground due to Georgia's hot weather, I don't expect teachers to keep all the kids' shirts tucked in or wipe their faces constantly. If that's the case, I'd provide face wipes and leave a note for the afternoon teachers. We've also never picked her up wet because they always help change her if she has an accident, even if she spills water on her shirt! We provide change of clothes and they bag up the wet clothes for us. I deeply respect Ms. Shireen's challenging job. She remains positive and I always see her at school with a smile on her face. Montessori philosophy doesn't sugarcoat developmental truths, and Ms. Shireen and the teachers must tell parents where their kids truly are. They spend upwards of 40 hours per week with them, unlike many of us. I appreciate their hard work and am excited to see what our daughter learns in the next two years.

I would not recommend Tomorrow's Hope Montessori School in Suwanee. My experience there as a parent…read morehas been extremely disappointing and concerning. The way the staff treats the children is far from nurturing or aligned with the Montessori philosophy. During my daughter's time there, we noticed multiple red flags. She would often come home with her clothes soaked or improperly dressed after using the bathroom -- shirts not tucked in, pants half pulled up -- showing clear signs of carelessness. Her face was frequently red when we picked her up. At first, we assumed it was from face paint or playing, but after reviewing camera footage, we realized it was actually from how harshly the teachers were wiping her face. This is completely unacceptable. The food handling practices are also alarming. I personally witnessed a teacher carry five chicken nuggets from the kitchen to the classroom in her hands, even though she was wearing gloves -- no plate, no tray. When serving the food, it was literally tossed onto the children's plates with no care or kindness. Most upsetting of all is the teachers' overall tone and treatment of the kids. The environment is cold and impatient. I witnessed one incident where a child was crying loudly during mealtime, and the teacher yelled at him, grabbed him, and forced him to sit on the floor simply because he was playing with his chair. That is not how any child should be treated, especially not in a school that claims to follow Montessori values. Considering how expensive this school is, the lack of care and compassion is unacceptable. We were willing to sacrifice our hard-earned money for what we believed would be a safe, nurturing, Montessori-style environment. Sadly, what we experienced was the complete opposite. When I brought all of this to the attention of the school director, Shireen Ali, and we reviewed the camera footage, she showed zero empathy or concern, even though everything I described was clearly visible on the footage. Her only solution was to transfer my daughter to a different classroom -- nothing more. That's not acceptable. These teachers do not seem properly trained, and honestly, it doesn't appear that anyone on staff is actively monitoring those cameras unless a parent specifically asks. We ultimately withdrew our daughter because we no longer felt safe leaving her in that environment. I'm sharing this so other parents can make an informed decision -- what looks good on the surface at this school can be very different from what actually happens behind the classroom doors.

As my oldest daughter has moved through the classrooms I have watched the teachers challenge her academically. I also notice that they do not neglect any child to focus on a select few. I have seen every child challenged at their current level or ability to help each of them progress. The few times I have had issues, I have approached the teachers and the directors with these issues. The owners have even reached out to me personally when I addressed a concern to a director. All of my concerns have been met with courtesy, understanding, and diligence. I felt comfortable voicing my concerns and the reception made me appreciate their caring even more. Even at a young age, with such a heavy focus on education, the kids are adored and loved here. The school offers a sense of community and appreciation for the families with activities for the families to get together - building great camaraderie for the teachers, parents and kids. Primrose also offers extra-curricular activities (a little something for every one!) to expose the children to new sports and skills. My girls absolutely love those special days! I hope this helps anyone searching for a great school for their kids. We couldn't imagine a better place to be.
