The prices are super competitive; I didn't feel like anything really soared over $70-100 as a single piece. The clothes feel better made than anything at Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe. And, the shopowner is LOVELY to talk to and was able to recommend other shops in Carmel's downtown that might pique my interest. She said that if people express favorite brands or styles, she tries to reach back out when she gets new items in stock. Amazing. I found several beautiful items which I set on the counter to purchase.... this rude women then proceeds to belittle me again and remind me that the return policy isn't very forgiving and was I sure I wanted to purchase the items? Are you kidding me? I was only spending $900 and that was just my first stop of the day. Too bad for you moving forward! I would come back the next time I am in Carmel but I choose to stay away from uppity nasty boutique's that aren't really "ALL THAT". That's why I only buy when I have a coupon deal or gift cards to redeem. I had a "$50 off $100 purchase" coupon to redeem before the end of the year and chose to spend it while on a day trip to Carmel. The Carmel store currently had some construction going on outside their store, so it was difficult to find. I knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled out the page from a current catalog of the specific quilted Aruba jacket that I wanted and showed it to the sales lady. She thought she knew what I wanted but couldn't find it. She assured me that it could be ordered. I wanted to try it on first before ordering. Another sales associate, Joseph, went in search for me. He found the new Aruba jacket I wanted! I tried it on in the normal size I usually purchase (I have at least 5 of these Aruba jackets in size small.) but it was way too small. How could this be? Anyways, I tried on the medium and large sizes, but they didn't look right on me. So, I tried on the solid color Aruba in my usual size, and it fit perfectly. The slightly quilted version is sized differently. This will be a big surprise to other Aruba jacket lovers, especially if they order online... I was so grateful that Joseph went the extra mile for me to find what I wanted, and for his patience as I kept trying on different sizes and colors. I eventually decided on purchasing the Aruba in a new color rather than the quilted version which had to be ordered. We also found some oil diffusers and oil on sale! They didn't register on sale at the register, so Joseph overrode the price to accommodate us! Great customer service from Joseph! Thank you!!!
