They are a preferred vendor for our home builder and early on they push their products and services which get built in to the contract price. When you inevitably learn later on that they lied to you and over-charged you significantly you cannot change anything because the change order amending the purchase contract was already finalized. It's so slimy. Shame on them and our builder. Top that off with a tv they hung not being level and wires not hidden behind walls makes me wonder "did we really just pay that much for an incomplete job?"

She was very understanding and apologetic about the situation and assured me she would take care of the issue. True to her word, the very next day Dave, the installer who originally did the work, came to my home and repaired all of the problem areas, including the loose screens and the spline that had come out. Dave did an excellent job, just as he did during the original installation. While I was frustrated with the difficulty I had initially getting a response, I do want it noted that once Kay became involved, the company responded quickly and the problems were resolved professionally. I appreciate Kay for taking the time to listen and make things right, and I thank Dave for the quality work and for coming out promptly to fix everything.
