Out of all of the Workout Anytime's, this is by far the worst. I'm a gym rat, and in the last 27yrs of going to the gym, this is the worst. First of all, as you walk in, look around. Notice that some machines are out of service. They will be like that for a long time. It will mess with your workout routine. Second of all, gym trainers will interrupt your workout to accomplish what they want. I.e. you just did some machine bicep curls. If you turn around and look back again, there might be someone else working out there. Third, what they call music is just loud noise. I guess the owners of this gym have poor taste. Finally, and what really upset me about this gym is that they are thieves. They operate on a finders-keepers-losers-keepers basis. In other words, if you leave something behind, it is theirs to take. That is what happened with me. That day, I live 20mins away. I'd left a piece of gym clothing. It was late, didn't feel like driving back. But as soon as I got home, I called the gym and left a VM. Next day, went back and asked if they found my clothing. No one new anything. They denied getting any message from me. For the rest of the week, I'd ask every time I came to the Stockbridge Workout Anytime. In summary, if given a chance, they will gladly steal from you.

Corrected my form (especially when I knew it was off), was super motivating, and provided an EXCELLENT bootcamp workout. He was even willing to try and drive back from his road trip so that my friend and I could get another good workout in (but it didn't work out). I appreciate the willingness to plan for it. The workout itself was a combination of some great bootcamp movements that were explained very well ANNNND some boxing (which I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE). I didn't have gloves and the owner didn't hesitate to break out a fresh pair from the box for me (sanitation matters- especially since I didn't have gloves or wraps with me that day). All in all, I am definitely coming back to workout here and will make the drive from wherever I am in the ATL area to get in a good workout. I am a fan.

Most importantly my blood pressure has improved over this little period of time and has resulted in reductions in my blood pressure medicine! I can honestly say that I never thought I would go this route (scared of working with a trainer) and was even considering surgery, but am so glad that I decided to try Mr. Blu Man Fitness. No one here seems to give a shit about it. No social distancing or capacity limits. When it's staffed they do clean around the clock but even the employees don't wear a mask. I help take care of immuno-compromised family and cannot afford to carry any virus for not just my sake but theirs (personal problem, sure)...Working out here has been my outlet for YEARS, but the fact that they do nothing to TRY to help stop the spread (especially in the black community and especially since I believe this location is black owned gym) says a lot. It's so easy, just ask people to wear a mask (post some signs) and reminders for members to stay away from other members personal space. There are old people who work out here too, think about their health at least! They are at a much higher risk of catching Covid from someone who is asymptomatic and dying!
