On top of that, they said if I kept calling for updates, they'd start charging me for that too. Completely unacceptable. At this point, I feel scammed and ignored. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly only cares about collecting fees--not helping clients. And after reading other reviews, I realized I'm not alone. There are multiple people sharing similar stories--delayed filings, ignored calls, extra fees, and the same frustrating runaround. Clearly, this is a pattern.
