Then, about 6 years ago, they became intolerable-- always dry, foggy, sticky. I've been trying out contacts at every eye exam since, hoping technology will have changed and they will miraculously work for me again. Every time I've been to another optometrist, when I report the same problems, they tell me I had better just stick with glasses. Not Dr. Kim. After a very thorough exam, she actually listened to my problems, gave me a trial pair, did a really thorough job of checking fit/comfort, and sent me on my way to see how I did. And had me schedule a follow-up appointment to debrief! I have never had an optometrist do this. When those contacts had the same problems I always seem to have, she gave me another kind to try, and had me schedule another follow-up to see how they work! And these are working really well. Kudos to Dr. Kim and her staff. I'll be recommending you to all of Leavenworth!

Then made my prescription wrong , had to go back and have it redone and it still is wrong. Not gonna waste my time going there again. They didnt even realize I had progressive lenses or listen when I explained i has stretched retinas. Kept insisting I needed cataract surgery, which I do not.

And then when you call the office manager wants to give you some story that its not especially when you know your policy and check before you go. Maybe more training is needed on insurance policy coverage before they start telling patients what is owed and not owed.
