There was no question he was the right person. As for Mr. Yeager, he is down to earth, easy to talk to and didn't talk down to me. He walked me through the process and explained in detail each step of the way. I recommend him, and as a matter of fact, my son will be using Mr Yeager for his living trust.

That is not the case here with the OHare family. However, When I first set out to obtain the appropriate trust attorney I was severely disappointed in the lack of customer service from several local Offices I contacted. Very typical, none of the law offices I contacted and reached out to returned a simple phone call. When I called Edward, his receptionist wired me through to his personal cell phone, answered, we briefly spoke and he called me back immediately to discuss details further literally within minutes. That small gesture and professionalism is why I hired him. Let's look at all the other offices who didn't even bother to return a phone call to potential clients as i'm sure there are several who lack enough courtesy to return those calls. That is a foreshadow of what that business will offer you as their client; nothing you hope for or desire. Edward OHare is the only trust attorney that I've seen treat clients as if he actually welcomes their business and that by far goes a long way in the life of fellow professionals and clients. I would gladly pay more for those services than I would from the typical attorney offices who don't extend very simple courtesy of a returned phone call.

Not only was Steven amazing, but his paralegal and office staff were too. They were so prompt and professional in communications and responses. Post divorce proceedings can be so emotional, and they kept it professional despite opposing counsel dropping digs in their communication. Steven and his team's research kept my interests at the forefront of their work without running up unnecessary billing hours. They did their due diligence on financial findings and eventually were able to get the opposing counsel to come to a settlement agreement. Steven and his office greatly reduced the stress in a very stressful situation. His team is professional and helpful. Gary is the best Lawer I've ever used. He gets every detail regarding your case and goes to work…read more In September 2018 I was forced to break an escrow after contingencies were pulled due to a large crack my contractor found in the foundation of the home. The seller refused to make any repairs and informed me they were keeping my deposit. I went on yelp and found Gary. I informed Gary of my situation and he stated they cannot keep your deposit. I was a little hesitant to believe him because the contract stated that if I pulled out of the escrow after contingencies were removed I would lose my deposit. Gary gathered the facts wrote a very direct letter to the listing broker who had twice refused to give back our deposit. Once the listing broker received his letter she immediately returned our full deposit with no deductions for escrow charges whatsoever that day. If you're looking for a great attorney look no further because Gary is the best I've seen. He is versed in many areas of law I found out and would not hesitate to use him in future real estate transactions. Sincerely, Tony King

After seeing several sad situations we asked around for recommendations and Mortensen Law came from a highly trusted source and I am grateful we chose them. We were pretty much clueless with what everything was we needed to have in place and what we needed to do and Mr Mortensen is very nice, easy going and not an intimidating person to deal with. I had heard horrible stories from other people of how difficult a time they had, but in our case it was easy. Once everything was explained we figured out what we wanted . Had a couple rounds of changes (sorry - waking up at 3 am was inevitable when you thought of one more thing). Everyone we dealt with in this office was professional and kind and I would highly recommend this office.

After calling a few offices to get quotes, we decided to go with Andrew Cohen and we are really happy with our decision. He was easily accessible and responded immediately to any questions we had. Once we submitted the information needed, he worked quickly to send us drafts. Andrew is super knowledgeable and he made every step easy to follow and understand resulting in a very smooth process. I will certainly be recommending him to friends and family going forward.

We saw Sean's articles and advertisements in the Santa Clarita Magazine and decided to give him a call. Best call we ever made!
