Ten stars! First and foremost, I want to point out here that I don't trust attorneys or law offices and typically have had the worst experience. That is not the case here with the OHare family. However, When I first set out to obtain the appropriate trust attorney I was severely disappointed in the lack of customer service from several local Offices I contacted. Very typical, none of the law offices I contacted and reached out to returned a simple phone call. When I called Edward, his receptionist wired me through to his personal cell phone, answered, we briefly spoke and he called me back immediately to discuss details further literally within minutes. That small gesture and professionalism is why I hired him. Let's look at all the other offices who didn't even bother to return a phone call to potential clients as i'm sure there are several who lack enough courtesy to return those calls. That is a foreshadow of what that business will offer you as their client; nothing you hope for or desire. Edward OHare is the only trust attorney that I've seen treat clients as if he actually welcomes their business and that by far goes a long way in the life of fellow professionals and clients. I would gladly pay more for those services than I would from the typical attorney offices who don't extend very simple courtesy of a returned phone call. read more

Contacted them at least a dozen times to set up a trust for my assets as they were advertised in Firefighter magazine. Left several phone messages and email and by their website. Never once bothered to respond. Apparently not interested in assisting a firefighter family. Can only imagine that their services would not be up to par. read more

So many great recommendations and it turned out to be an absolute joke. I had our interview over the phone in October and 2-3 weeks they said for documents to be done. Not that I was in a rush but don't say that and disappear for MONTHS. I've had to chase repeatedly and still nothing. First of all, I've handed over 4K to some people I've never met, so do your customers the courtesy of reassuring them you aren't some scam or let you know of delays. I get the impression the two of them are overworked and overbooked which is never a good look or suggestive of good work. read more

Edward O'Hare is an Estate Planning Lawyer. We where very pleased with the personal attention that was given to our case. First of all his office set up Zoom Meeting with Edward and we probable talked for over an hour. With-in approximately 30 days from the time we first contacted attorney O'Hare's office we were in a position to sign-off on our customized estate documents. The documents included not only the trust and will documentation but they included things like medical directives and power's of attorney. On a more personal note Edward O'Hare is an Air Force Veteran like me. it was great talking to someone who had similar experiences as myself. Also I did a lot of checking before choosing Edward and not only is a fantastic Estate Planning Lawyer but service fee was very reasonable. I definitely recommend him. read more

Not sure about all the positive feedbacks. I called to this office and got to spoke with a very unkind , impatient representative, she didn't know anything. read more

Ed was recommended to me by a mutual friend when my parents were looking to create a family trust. My parents were nervous about a do-it-yourself approach, and those discount seminars just didn't feel like the right way to go. Ed is patient, knowledgeable and attentive. He answered the many questions we had about the creation and administration of our trust, what goes in the trust, etc. The experience was so much easier than my parents were expecting. They are comfortable knowing that we have someone reliable to guide us through the process once they are gone. He was very professional and his rates competitive. We are really happy we chose him to be our family trust attorney! read more

Had a great experience putting into place something we had been putting off doing. Edward was great at explaining this new territory to us and also being so understanding regarding the time it takes to gather and decide on certain things that are so very important. He also was very open and honest about certain safegards to put in place so there are less family squabbles down the road. Great experience and I highly recommend using his office. read more

My husband and I are happy we chose Ed as our estate lawyer. Ed spent the time going through our family setup and helped us create a solid plan for our living trust. After four years of frustrated efforts trying to get the Administrator of my Fathers Estate to distribute the Trust assets, it became clear legal help was required. After reading all the positive Yelp reviews of Edward O'Hare I scheduled a consultation. Edward O'hare of O'Hare Law Group is a personable man of integrity, with impressive knowledge of Trust Estate law. Due to the particulars of my situation Ed felt it was in my best interest to see a highly specialized attorney and his referral proved extraordinary. My only regret is there was no paying work for Mr. O'Hare. read more

I had absolutely no idea about anything related to a living trust. He walked me through everything. It was a simple and quick process. He was extremely patient and answered my many questions no matter how many times I asked the same question. His fee was much more reasonable than other lawyers I had interviewed. I highly recommend him! read more

Creating a trust can be very stressful and complex. Edward is a master at creating the trust without the stress. I 100% recommend him!

We are so grateful for Edward for completing our Estate Planning documents. I reached out to Edward after quarantine began and was expecting to wait a long time for a consult and turn-around. Much to my surprise, Edward spoke to me over the phone within a couple days and then created our documents within just a few days thereafter. He worked with our schedule, and his thoughtfulness and willingness to not only meet, but EXCEED, our needs was refreshing! As an attorney myself, I appreciated his professionalism and drive to serve his clients. You can tell right off the bat that he genuinely has his clients needs at heart. Thank you Edward for giving us the piece of mind we needed. By the way, his rates are reasonable! I highly recommend him for all your estate planning needs. Don't put if off any longer!!! read more

Ed made the entire process painless and efficient. His office was easy to communicate with and beyond professional. What could have been an uncomfortable and sensitive process, ended up being the smoothest thing we've ever done. Wish we would have had Ed do our trust years ago! read more

Ed O'Hare was a fantastic trust lawyer and we would highly recommend him for anyone looking to set up a trust. Unlike many other lawyers that "do" trusts, Ed specializes in it and does only trusts, which makes him an expert. He not only can create it for clients, but also execute it if needed. He also maintains contact with his clients throughout the years in case your life changes require the trust to be updated. Ed made it really easy for us to understand everything we needed to know about how trusts work. He even had the forethought and knowledge to create our trust with accommodations for our special circumstances. Ed was also very timely in getting everything done, even with a deadline that we had. Overall he was very knowledgeable, professional, timely, and priced very fair. To top it off, after our business with him was finished, he even sent us a letter with some information that helped us regarding a personal matter. We could not be more impressed. When you're a client of Ed, you feel like you have a personal relationship with him versus just a lawyer who took a one time payment from you. read more

Ed is the consummate professional. In 2017 my grandfather passed away. He had a very outdated trust that hadn't seen much attention or updating in quite some time from a different lawyer. Ed stepped in, and nurtured my family's needs, and cleaned up the mess, and really took care of every need. The best part was, Ed was always willing to be giving of his time whether by phone, or in person. He truly cares about his clients, and doing what is right. Ed's cost is extremely fair in my opinion, and worth every penny, too. I highly recommend speaking with Ed about your family's Estate Planning needs if you're anywhere in the LA area, and especially the Santa Clarita Valley. Thanks Ed, for your help during a difficult time my family went through. We're all grateful to have that behind us and settled properly. read more

My husband and I went to O'Hare Law to get our Living Trust done, as we previously had a Will made online. We'd been hearing about how a substandard Will creates problems for your loved ones with having to go through probate, etc. We finally decided to do it right, and met up with Edward O'Hare from a referral we'd received. We couldn't be happier with the results! Not only do we have a legal Living Trust for our home and family, but it was so nice to have Ed go through all of the different points within the Trust. He is very thorough. We left feeling very confident that everything is taken care of, and will be for years to come. He's also a really nice person that is enjoyable to work with. We absolutely highly recommend O'Hare Law to anyone who is looking to do any Estate Planning services. read more

My husband and I have been thinking about getting a trust for a few years now (even more so after having kids). I had contacted a few law firms to gather information and pricing information, and quite honestly the to-do list to prepare for a meeting with various firms was a little overwhelming. Needless to say, it never got done. Fast forward 2 years. By chance I came across an article in a local magazine introducing O'Hare Law Office. 2 months later we had our living trust set up and peace of mind! Ed has been amazing! He made the entire process super easy, with only very little input needed from us to customize our trust to our needs. He did all the work for us! No lengthy questionnaires to fill out like other law firms requested. Straight forward and to the point! LOVE IT! If you are looking to get your living trust set up (and you really should) Ed is your guy! And if you're worried about a lengthy process - not with Ed. It took as 2 meetings with him (1 hour each) to finalize everything! The first meeting we went over basics and he explained every aspect involved in a living trust to us. We provided him with some information. At our next meeting we signed our documents. DONE! The only reason it took as 2 months were our busy work schedules and the holidays. Otherwise we could have had our trust set up within 4 weeks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Ed helped my husband and I with our family's estate planning needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions, and was super fast in his response to our inquiries. He helped us consider and plan properly for the "what-ifs" in life, all while explaining certain aspects that we didn't think of during the process (airtight ways to avoid probate court, for one!). I'm so happy we had Ed to guide us in this process! I couldn't imagine trying to complete this on our own. Thank you Ed! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with estate planning! read more

We had the pleasure of working with Ed after having him come highly recommended on various community pages. He made the process extremely easy, promised to do what he said he would for an extremely reasonable rate. He is very attentive to your needs, informative on both the estate planning side as well as administration which is extremely important. He knows all the i's that need to be dotted and t's to be crossed. We can now say we highly recommend him for all your estate planning needs!!! read more

Simply the best. That's how I describe Edward O'Hare to anyone who asks me about planning their estate. My husband and I sought out O'Hare Law Offices services a few years ago when we decided it was time to have our living trust put together an were fortunate enough to work with Edward personally. Edward was so pleasant to work with. He truly made something that honestly felt rather daunting to me a very educational and straightforward process. There was no such thing as a silly question with his office. He walked through every step of the trust establishment process and explained everything in terms we understood. This man goes above and beyond for his clients and TRULY cares. There isn't another attorney I would think of when it comes to estate planning. read more

When we decided that we finally needed to start a trust, my wife and I looked at the discount seminars and the do-it-yourself approach, all of which were less than satisfactory. We subsequently stumbled across the O'Hare Law Office. An initial meeting went very well. Edward is a long time resident of the SCV, attended high school locally and is a vet, all of which impressed us. He was thorough, asked all the right questions and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the finished product. Having a living trust is important these days and having it done correctly is even more important. We give Edward O'Hare two thumbs up. read more
