Furthermore if you need MRI"s or treatment they only do it at Baylor Scott & White in Arlington on Highland. I will never go there again if that is the only place the doctors at Arlington Orthopedics can send patients to. If I thought that Arlington Orthopedics was bad about blowing up up your phone, Baylor is a thousand times worse especially when it comes to getting their money before your procedure! I received multiple calls and text from multiple people there daily wanting their money. We were waiting for our insurance to process claims from another procedure somewhere else where our deductible could be seen by Baylor. Still the day before my procedure they sent another text saying they have to have my payment tomorrow in all caps! What business does this? Even on the day of we had to sit in the business office and hash all this over again and again which made things very stressful before having a procedure. Lastly out of 2 visits there, I have only encountered one nice person. No one there cares about anything except getting your money. My advice is to think long and hard about Arlington Orthopedics if you think you may need an actual procedure and then you better have your money ready and your ducks in a row.
