I've used Wilkins & Ivey a handful of times in the last year, and every time, they are flawless. I don't throw words like flawless out that often, but these guys really are. There are a ton of things that can go wrong with closings, and they seem to stay on top of every aspect of it and make sure the process goes smoothly. In addition, they are very communicative and responsive to questions. All this inspires a lot of trust and confidence that your deal will get done and you can move on to the next one. As long as Wilkins & Ivey keeps on letting me in the door, I'll keep on using them for my closings!! And I really wish I could tell everyone that my next review will be a strip club or something cool like that, but it will more likely be a review for the water company. Or the post office. Opposing counsel stated that it was the fact their people had to go to court again which is why they decided to throw the book at me and make an example. I was promised that hiring would result in a better financial situation and the result was essentially break even after hiring the firm because of their lack of preparation. I also found their team lacking in empathy or ability to communicate. At no point, did I feel like they had my best interest at heart. I was just a paycheck to them.

"father-figure?" I hate to say that, but that's kind of what it felt like. Finally, the paperwork I got done was still in limbo, and I was getting frustrated. Doors were closing, everyone was being helpful, and I was not getting any real answers. I called up the Podis and Podis again, and after another frustration, I was put through to Cynthia Podis, Mark's wife.
