The next day came for the call and......crickets. No one called us. After about 15 min, I sent an email explaining that no one has called us. Still no call. We waited for an hour (because we really wanted to consult with them). Since then, I have sent four additional emails with ZERO response. They were highly recommended but are apparently too busy for or just don't want new clients.
