The whole way. Even after the fire and construction ended, he has been an invaluable resource for navigating insurance companies and how best to deal with what at times feels like a stacked deck. He has been patient with me the entire time (thankfully, because I am a bit of a panicked and "gotta fix this now" kind of person) and I'm glad he was my adjuster through that challenging time. I was introduced to Matt through another company when my Cambridge condo had recent extensive water damage, causing somewhere between $40-50K in damages / repairs. I live in California now, and rent my condo out. Matt took all the stress off my plate. He was available right away, ALWAYS responsive in phone, text or email, and worked seamlessly with my insurance. Due to the damages, I had to have flooring and sub flooring taken out and reinstalled, walls opened up, repaired, new cabinets, new paint throughout the condo, reinstall a granite countertop, a new backsplash, along with electric and plumbing work...he took care of either doing or coordinating it all. He doesn't handle criticism well and explodes yelling and he lacks knowledge about the jobs his company can do. His company may be good at plastering but that's it! The PEOPLE he hires are not professionals, they have no idea what they are doing at least in my home! Maybe he hires daily workers from the streets! I have plenty of proof about his unprofessional job and about his aggressive attitude answering complaints about his company job. Due to litigation I will only say that I have a Police report number, plenty of pictures,videos of the job his company performed and a cell recording of Marcio yelling and threatening behavior. Because it will be too long to write I will only write and show here the problem with the painting, not about the rest of the job. I talked to three different painting companies and they all said that the woodwork (baseboards, door frames and doors) should have been sanded and primed before you painted it. The people you hired definitely don't know what they are doing. They should not have painted over the woodwork without prepping it first. The quality of the paint you used has nothing to do with it. I asked you to refund me for the cost of the new painting I have done by a professional painter and you refused, moreover, you asked me to pay you to fix your error. Unhear off!
