I have always loved her, but this weekend, she went above and beyond. While on vacation out of state, I had immense tooth pain and didn't know what to do. I called her emergency line and spoke with her directly! She got me started on antibiotics, helped me plan next steps, and called an oral surgeon to get me in right away. I spoke to her while in South Carolina, after I flew home, and all the way through my procedure with the oral surgeon. I would have been lost without her. Dr. Soares is an exceptional dentist. She is the only dentist I've ever really felt comfortable with, and comfortable sending my son to see. That says a lot! SHE'S THE BEST! I highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Soares.

The roots are being absorbed and she acknowledged this painful. I shared with the dentists the pain and that Tylenol and Aleve no longer work, I can't eat and the pain keeps me Up all night. He suggested Aleve (I just said that quit being effective months ago). In addition the appt was a week out. The staff provided no options nor connection to speak further to the dentist. One star is more than they deserve for the horrific experience. Quality of Care is poor, office experience is horrible. The lady at the front desk admitted they don't care about reviews. He would not revisit this tooth because "it's dead" and said it was the tooth in front cause the pain, which was not accurate. A second opinion confirmed it was the root canal tooth. There was root still remaining, an ill fitting crown causing poor bite, and too large post caused terrible pain. An endo and new dentist took months to be able to save my tooth from extraction and manage my pain. I normally don't share feedback but felt I needed to be honest here as the work performed was not quality, rushed and often felt my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, having to pay again OOP for a $1000+ procedure months later.

Part and parcel of Dr. Amanda spending a lot of time with patients - she fills cavities without novacaine and without pain! She does this by drilling slowly and carefully.
