I just received a statement for the period of 7/2024 - 3/2025 and I have a $100 balance from my first "new patient' visit last July. First I had heard of it. First bill I've received. Left a message for a callback to discuss. No callback. Called again and was put on hold with annoying music for at least 5 minutes. Hung up and called back. Same person answered with please hold. I asked if they could call me back. Answer was "I'm with a patient, please hold". I don't think so. Obviously there's a staffing issue. I'm just too old and cranky to sit around listening to bad music. (And I'm still mad about the $100).

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith's for almost 20 years, he is a wonderful chiropractor/person with an excellent staff. The "video sales presentation" mentioned by the previous commenter is nothing of the sort. It is a 10 min EDUCATIONAL video the doctor uses to help explain his diagnostic findings to new patients who may be unfamiliar with chiropractic treatment. The atmosphere is friendly and casual, the people are passionate about chiropractic without being over bearing. Visits are adjustment oriented and generally I am able to get in and out quickly. Dr. Smith is a versatile adjuster. Over the years I have seen him adjust infants, children, people of all shapes, sizes and age. An adjustment does not need to be aggressive to be effective (nod to the previous comment). I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone interested in chiropractic care.

They both have healing hands but in very different ways. I've seen several orthopedics which have suggested several different invasive treatments without the ability to tell me what exactly was causing all my pain. I'm only a few weeks into my treatments and some of my pain is almost completely gone. They are just not chiropractors they teach wellness and functional medicine. I had a cap that came off, and my previous dentist (well known and highly recommended) said I would have to have an implant. I moved to Brunswick and was recommended to Dr George Madray by my son in law who has been a patient since childhood and is now 47. I took that advice; I was blessed to meet and receive service by the Dr. and staff. He informed me it would be possible to replace the cap, and he did so over a year ago and has since done other work for my wife and me. I thank him so much for his knowledge and honesty that puts a bright light on his profession. He is a rare jewel indeed. Thanks Leroy Rogers PS - Please don't retire Dr. Madray.
