Got a referral to this place and spent weeks just trying to get someone on the phone. The answering…read moreservice is broken and either rings infinitely or goes to an answering service which is received by unprofessional individuals who never give a call back. When I finally got a human being on the line, which took 15 consecutive calls out of frustrastion that no other reasonable method was working, the woman on the phone never asked my name, wouldn't check to see if a referral ever existed, was exceptionally patronizing, unprofessional, pretended, like a bratty child, that any form of displeasure with her performance was "yelling" at her, which is offensive and a lie, and ultimately hung up the phone, because I expected her to actually do something, as her profession, were she actually a professional, would require, and in literally all other instances does. She told me I needed to drive there(40 minutes away) to pick up new patient paperwork, without actually establishing me as a new patient, and that I MAY require a referral (again, I would never have wasted this much of my life on this garbage if I hadn't thought it was my only choice because this is where I was referred to). She wouldn't take my name. She wouldn't check if a referral existed. She wouldn't give me an idea about an estimated time frame to get an appointment, should I be able to schedule one. She absolutely did nothing her job requires. I can't fathom what anybody is paying her for. I've never been so disgusted with a doctor's office staff in my life. I have stage 4 cancer and was referred to this place for anxiety. This certainly didn't help. What a waste of time.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a loved one suffering any mental health problems. This place may…read morehelp those with addiction or ones that may cause harm to others or themselves but for those suffering with mental health problems such as depression, anxiety or insomnia this place is a nightmare. This place is worse than jail. They take everything away and lock it up including all your clothes. They have the cold AC blasting on you all day and make you sit in a room all day with nothing but short sleeved scrubs and don't provide any kind of jacket or let you have a blanket to keep warm. I couldn't keep my jacket I had on because it had pockets and they wouldn't provide any reason I couldn't have my bra or my socks when other people could. Make sure you have shoes because they do not provide them and there were several people that had to walk around barefoot. During the admin process after a 4 hour drive from the hospital they would not let me use the bathroom and made me pee myself. I was scared the whole time I was here to ask for anything because all of the staff will yell at you and get angry for everything including simply having to go to the bathroom. They have to check on you every 15 mins so you will have the nurse shine a flashlight in your eye to wake you up every 15 mins making it impossible to sleep here. I was here a week and talked to a doctor/therapist maybe once for mostly paperwork and the group therapy you go to with the other patients everyday is always run by the one patient that talks to much and doesn't let anyone else say anything. If the therapist actually let the other patients talk it would have maybe helped me and a lot of other people that are too shy or scared to say anything. I was fed 3 times a day though with ok food so that was the only good part I got from this place.
