My experience in 2024 was horrendous. Unnecessary delays, poor communication, 40% increase in my fee compared to the estimate, and overall a complete lack of any client service philosophy - this culminated with a response from the 'CEO' about my complaint that "I do not deal with complaints". I would have happily paid twice the fee for a competent firm with better, quicker service. I will never use Fidler again and strongly discourage anyone attracted by a low fee quote.
