He is incredibly knowledgeable and stays on top of all the crazy changes that continue to occur in the lending industry. Along with that he's ready to share this info with the public/customers and he's a super nice guy to boot. When we met, he was teaching a class on mortgage lending and he continues to be an advocate of education. If you're looking for a consummate professional who is hard working, smart, communicative, and willing to keep your interests in mind at all times, this is a guy you want in your corner when buying or refinancing a property.

Eric came to the rescue amazingly and was very quick with his communication and the overall loan process went smoothly as he kept me updated with how things are progressing. He made the whole process very comfortable whereas some of the other lenders I talked to seemed like car salesmen. Highly recommended.

I decided to extend my interviews from 2 to 3 firms, and ultimately chose to work with Jessica and Cory. It just felt right. Small, very welcoming, very professional Williams Avenue RE was just the ticket. Ended up with multiple bids over our asking price and selected a very qualified and anxious-to-buy our home. A week before the For Sale sign went up we headed off on a 36 day trip to New Mexico...... left all the details and taking care of our property to Cory and Jess. Never once worried about the process in Enumclaw. Natalie and I have bought and sold over a dozen homes and have never been treated as well as with this transaction. I give an unqualified, hearty endorsement to Williams Ave Real Estate...... small enough to care, experienced enough to know all the ins/outs of the biz, and professional enough to get the best deal for us.

They were thoughtful, easy to talk to, and always made us feel like we were in good hands. Selling in a tough market wasn't easy, but they kept showing up for us, going to bat when it counted and helping us make the right decisions along the way. What meant the most to us was the trust we felt throughout the whole process. At no point did we feel pressured or out of the loop, they were always clear, honest, and had our backs. Even when things got a little stressful, as they do, they stayed calm, positive, and solution focused, which made a huge difference. We're really grateful for everything they did for us and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Highly, highly recommend.

We were planning to move to Washington and rent for a while but after meeting with Jim we came up with a plan to be able to buy sooner than we expected. He is extremely responsive and even though I know he has many clients, he always makes us feel like we are the only ones. His business partner Shelley Manada is also awesome, and the two make an amazing team. We have already referred all of our friends to them and highly recommend The Mitchell Group if you are buying or selling in the Puget Sound area.
