I decided to extend my interviews from 2 to 3 firms, and ultimately chose to work with Jessica and Cory. It just felt right. Small, very welcoming, very professional Williams Avenue RE was just the ticket. Ended up with multiple bids over our asking price and selected a very qualified and anxious-to-buy our home. A week before the For Sale sign went up we headed off on a 36 day trip to New Mexico...... left all the details and taking care of our property to Cory and Jess. Never once worried about the process in Enumclaw. Natalie and I have bought and sold over a dozen homes and have never been treated as well as with this transaction. I give an unqualified, hearty endorsement to Williams Ave Real Estate...... small enough to care, experienced enough to know all the ins/outs of the biz, and professional enough to get the best deal for us.

They were thoughtful, easy to talk to, and always made us feel like we were in good hands. Selling in a tough market wasn't easy, but they kept showing up for us, going to bat when it counted and helping us make the right decisions along the way. What meant the most to us was the trust we felt throughout the whole process. At no point did we feel pressured or out of the loop, they were always clear, honest, and had our backs. Even when things got a little stressful, as they do, they stayed calm, positive, and solution focused, which made a huge difference. We're really grateful for everything they did for us and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Highly, highly recommend.

They worked like a well oiled machine to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible, including moving during the worst possible weather week in Jan 2022. Their communication with our family, mortgage lender team, and other realtors on the sale and purchase transactions was superb. I can't say enough about how well this process went for us! Within a week of meeting with Brad we toured 2 houses, put one offer down which was accepted and then it was full steam ahead to closing day! For parents of young kids (3 year old and twin 2 year olds), we were so grateful for their help with the entire process. Moving is hard and stressful, but they truly made this as easy as possible for us and for that we are incredibly grateful. We will recommend Brad and his team to any and all family and friends looking to move!

We worked with Bradley Hanson and his team from February through September 2026 to sell our…read moreproperty. There were positives to the experience. The staging, photography, video production, and overall presentation of the property were well done. Bradley also had good ideas regarding how the property should be prepared and marketed. Unfortunately, what started as a promising partnership ultimately ended in a serious dispute. After we had already invested close to $100,000 in renovations, Bradley recommended a number of additional improvements, including work to the pantry, master closet, painting, and other preparation items. We initially declined further spending but later agreed to proceed after being shown a contractor quote of approximately $4,300 that covered the proposed work. Months later, we were presented with contractor charges exceeding $13,000 and were told that we had agreed to those costs which was not the case at all. We were never presented with revised estimates, change orders, emails, text messages, or other communications indicating that the cost of the project had increased to more than three times the amount shown in the original quote. We also experienced concerns regarding communication and expectations. For example, after recommending that we reduce the listing price by $250,000, we were told that marketing efforts and staging would be adjusted accordingly. However, several weeks later, the staging had been removed without any prior discussion or notification to us. The relationship ultimately deteriorated into a dispute involving significant unexpected expenses and threatened litigation. While Bradley is knowledgeable about real estate and property presentation, our experience was overshadowed by a lack of transparency around costs, communication, and expectations.

That said, we wanted to sell our three year old home. We made some improvements over that period. So were does Colleen come in. We were referred to Colleen by a Realtor in Lewiston Idaho. Lewiston is the place we have decided to have our new home built and continue our Retirement. Colleen came to our home. She took a tour then sat down with us. This was late August early September . She listened to why we contacted her, what our expectations were as well as what she believed she could do in a market that was on the down side. We agreed to work with her and move forward. Sales price was agreed on, open house and showings scheduled. Well here is the most positive, she did her part, we did ours as maintaining our home in normal day to day presentable manor. Within 11 days we had a full price offer. We followed the normal back and forth as needed with her great team and awaiting the day of CLOSING.?? All went well, all communication done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend one take the time to schedule a visit with her and or one of her team members. I offered more then and my offer was not presented to the seller resulting in them getting much less for the listing. If I were the seller I would be very upset. I could speculate that maybe they helped out a friend who wanted a deal or just did not want to do the extra work. 20 k for the seller is only 300 extra in her pocket. It's a shame the market is so hot, because people like her can continue to make money even when they act without integrity. People don't sell houses often so people like Rosie don't have to worry about return business.

They were excellent in every way, communication was great, and having a whole team working my houses meant constant responsiveness. Here are some example details of what they did for me: They called to tell me my offer had been accepted - on a house that I had talked myself into liking, but no longer wanted, having just found my dream house in a brand new listing minutes earlier. When I told them this, they did not get mad at all. They found a legitimate way to rescind my offer on that house, got me in to view the dream house within 2 hours of when it went online. They then hosted a last minute open house to find a buyer for my old house so we could put in a non-contingent offer on my dream house, which had a deadline for offers only 3 days away. They sold my house at that open house the next day. Thru phone, email, fax, driving, they tirelessly worked to speed up the timing on my old house sale so that the dream house offer could, in fact, go in non-contingent with an entire 10 minutes to spare before the deadline. I now live in that dream house and LOVE IT. They chased down everything when my old house closing was delayed by the buyers' VA mortgage company, including informing the buyers' agent of the delay, which she didn't even know about. When I was finishing the last 2 hours of cleaning my old house before handing over the keys, the gas fireplace suddenly stopped working. First I panicked, then I called the team, and they had a handyman over to fix it in 45 minutes so the closing wouldn't be delayed. They were excellent at advising on which repairs and upgrades to make to my old house while minimizing my costs. Twice they talked me out of spending $$ on a new bathroom vanity, told me to just paint the bathroom instead. They were right. They wanted me to keep that money to spend in my dream house. They gave good advice on pricing for offers on new houses and listing price for my old house. They were friendly and professional throughout. I will use ONLY the Rourke Team for any future real estate needs and recommend them VERY HIGHLY.
