Upon arriving for my consultation, the desk personnel were so friendly, discreet, and thorough! They helped me back to the room to await Dr. Basner. The room was clean, spacious, smelled amazing, and was relaxing. There was a young female staff member who waited in the room with me. I can not remember her name but she was so cool! We chatted and shared gut-wrenching laughter as she hyped me up. She was completely tickled at my shenanigans while I was peeking around the room and telling her what I wanted. Dr. Basner came into the room and greeted me with the biggest smile. His interpersonal skills were superb! He listened attentively as I spoke and made sure to answer all of the random questions I was throwing at him. He didn't rush me, I could tell he wasn't about the money, he showed me that he truly cared about my concerns and ensured me that I would not leave disappointed so long as I took his advice. He made sure that I understood his suggestions, and when I booked, I knew I was making an informed decision. I can't thank him enough! He is very knowledgeable and delivered results far beyond my expectations! I forgot to mention, I don't know how it's so inexpensive, but I saved my money for years anticipating having to pay a ridiculous price. I was so wrong! It was super affordable, and had I known, I would have done it years ago!!! In a nutshell, if you're looking for an amazing Dr. and staff, you've found them! I went in for a repair and also to break up some scar tissue that had developed. I wasn't charged for another procedure (good), but did have to pay the hospital fees for the operating room. Fast forward a year or so and I actually developed breast cancer (no fault of the doctor of course), but when my oncology surgeon went in to remove the implants and breast tissue, there was a large hole in my lung which caused serious complications and a collapsed lung. The hole was from when Dr. Rodriguez went in to remove scar tissue and repair the uniboob issue. I was told that the implant was covering the hole and it looked like it was placed there on purpose to cover his mistake. Please do your research and do not use this surgeon.

His team was great and understanding also since I was a little nervous about the whole procedure at first. I was a 32A pre-surgery and decided to go with the Ideal Implant at 360cc. I could not be happier with the results! My boobs look completely natural and still soft. I have not lost any sensation anywhere and the side effects were minimal compared to the result. The scar has faded a lot and it's very hard to see. All my friends think my boobs look great now and a couple of them even said they want it done also. If you are looking for a great surgeon for breast augmentation, I'd highly suggest Dr. Schuster!
