Had a wonderful experience in store smelling through a number of Frederic Malle scents for the very first time. Neal was incredibly professional and helpful, and knew the brand's scents and products like the back of his hand. Neal helped me to find a new fragrance I enjoy a lot that was different from the ones I visited the store to try. The boutique is not terribly spacious, but well maintained and organized. Beautiful interior and minimal/understated presence (not overly loud) from outside the store. 5/5 - Will be returning to explore and to purchase scents from Frederic Malle here!

They make soap in house and offer soap making experiences. I did not get to do the class just did a little bit of browsing in store. They have alot of really nice body care products both made in house and by local artisans. The shop itself has a very comfortable and clean vibe, they did an excellent job with the setup and decor. It should go without saying that it smells very nice inside. The real star of the show however was the guy working there, unfortunately I do not remember his name. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. He was extraordinarily friendly to everyone in our party, made conversation with everyone, was not very pushy, and explained everything well. Very refreshing to be in a local owned and operated business with exceptional personal customer service. I would suggest that anyone go here just for the customer service experience. Admittedly I am not a bath and body product expert, so I cannot speak on the quality or price, but everything seemed reasonable to me.
