We have been very satified with the management of this complex and the staff, including Mr. Cueter. We have 400 families in our compex and we do have an annual meeting one can attend and be heard. Our maintenance fee is very reasonable for the services we get. It is automatically deducted from our checking account. Parking is always limited in these codo complexes but good neighbors share and are considerate. Street parking is banned overnight so that emergency vehicles will have access. Snow removal is excellent--shoveling walks right to our door. Landscaping is prompt and well-done. Rules help to keep our complex neat and safe. We had a roof leak in the past that damaged our living room ceiling. Repairs were very promptly made and our entire ceiling and moldings were beautifully repainted. We applied for permission to plant a tree and also to place a solar tube in our kitchen roof. Both were granted with a little time and not any trouble. One resident was fined for speeding because a neighbor organized a complaint and that resolved itselt. Our complex was badly hit by a tornado a few years ago and we all received new roofs, downspouts, repairs, paint and downed trees replaced. This was paid with insurance monies collected and no assessment was made. The management has repaired my neighbors basement leak a few times and replaced our sump pump at least twice. There is a lot of peace of mind knowing that these things are very well-handled. Most people will only write a review when they have a problem so I would like others to know I love living here and hope to stay much longer.
