I have given it two months…read moresince my wedding to have Josh reach back out to me and really think about the review that I give his business. Honestly, I give it a solid 1 out of 5 stars. I chose his company because I went to other weddings he was the DJ at and he did a fantastic job, mixed music, kept everyone on the dance floor and very entertaining. So that's why I chose him. Granted it was 4 years ago I saw his work but was very pleased. I contacted him and booked with him with his promise he would be the DJ at our wedding. He is expensive, but I thought he was worth it. Prior to the wedding about a month or two in advanced he has an automated email that gets sent out to schedule a time with him to make final decisions and get the timeline ready to go. Day of the meeting he sends out a message he couldn't talk to me because of some excuse. So I was very understanding at this time. I rescheduled the meeting. 5 minutes before the rescheduled meeting he texts that he is sick. Again, very understanding on my behalf. I rescheduled for the THIRD TIME. The Sunday before my wedding, 6 days before go time. I'm waiting by the phone. Absolutely no contact from this man. I give him 30 minutes, still nothing. I send an email and text. Still nothing. It's an hour passed the meeting I start panicking. Phone calls, voicemails left, I have 6 days before my wedding and I haven't heard from the DJ whether is will be in attendance or not. He is completely paid in full as well, has been for a year. A lot of money down the drain to have your VERY EXPENSIVE entertainer not have the audacity to reach out. I do end up getting a text message apologizing because he's in another time zone and here is his new general manager Sean's number, Josh himself will not be in he DJ as he took another position out of state. I'm beyond angry but have to let it go because at this point what am I supposed to do. Wedding day. Sean is the DJ. The ceremony was completely messed up music wasn't played when it was supposed to. The reception Sean was barely at the DJ booth. Walking away to be on his phone. Started the reception late. Absolutely no mixes were played, friends and family had to request songs just to try to keep the night going. I had to go up to him to tell him to announce the cake cutting. The timeline was not followed. I give it a 1 out of 5, because I suppose there was music played. But it is unfortunate the amount of money I paid and the product I received were not at all comparable. I got a Spotify playlist for a whole lot of money. I reach out to Josh, after another automated email gets sent out after the wedding to leave POSITIVE reviews on specific websites, but if unhappy please reach out to Josh. He says he will be in contact with me but he was in "meetings" that day. Two weeks go by and now my husband reaches out. Josh replies that he will give money back but he is waiting for Sean to give the song playlist back from that day before doing so. We send another message and absolutely no reply back from Josh. I see he has even increased his prices even more to have the client fly him to and from and his hotel stay. Do with your money as you will, however, I personally think you should REALLY reconsider. He is very unprofessional, and my personal opinion is he shouldn't run a business in Erie Pennsylvania when he lives in another state. Give up your company.

My father passed away almost 2 years ago, and I was dreading the time during the reception for the "father/daughter dance". Henry was so sensitive about the issue and spoke beautifully before I began to dance with my brother. Everything flowed nicely because Henry was on the mic and keeping things going. DJ Butch quickly understood our music tastes and our uplighting preferences for our wedding and he exceeded our expectations. He was flexible to meet and really took time to listen and give thoughtful suggestions, really diminishing my stress as far as music and entertainment at our ceremony and reception. He was extremely prompt at returning emails, phone calls, and text messages. When we met with Butch the first time I told him "we want a wedding where everyone is talking about how much fun it was and one that everyone is dancing the whole night." DJ Butch made that happen! He pleased our guests from ages 2-82 by playing a variety of targeted music that everyone loves. He kept almost all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night! In fact, the floor was so packed that it overflowed into the adjacent room. DJ Butch was extremely accommodating with arriving early to set up before the wedding and entertained our guests as they arrived with music that we requested. He had a wireless microphone system, which worked so well that everyone could hear the ceremony clearly along with speeches during the reception. The music was PERFECT for each component of our wedding -- from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the entrances into the reception, dinner music, and then of course the reception. His uplighting was stunning. I was taken back by how beautifully lit our venue was when I walked into the reception. DJ Butch really created the perfect environment for our reception. You can tell that he is dedicated and has a passion for pleasing crowds. He even took time to study our parents and bridal parties first and last names to ensure that he didn't mispronounce anyone's name! He also helped me create a special music mix for my mom and I to dance to for the mother/daughter dance, which was special to us and a huge hit as guests watched us dance to a variety of upbeat popular songs. We highly recommend Dynamic Sounds to anyone who is looking for amazing music and beautiful uplighting for a special event!
