When she returned, she informed me that the office manager said I could not be seen that day. I explained that I had been treated at this same location in November without any issues. She responded by saying I "shouldn't have been seen in November because they didn't get paid." However, I have the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing that the claim was paid. I expressed my concern that this was an urgent care facility and that I was being refused care. I was simply told that I could not be seen there. The entire interaction was disappointing. I found the staff to be rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to communicate respectfully or resolve what appeared to be a misunderstanding. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this facility to others. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

When I first arrived at her practice, I was in such severe pain that I was walking with a cane. Over time, she has provided me with valuable information, exercises, and support in addition to treatments that alleviate the pain.
