Cecile A.

Very clean and pleasant facility. The staff is very kind, patient and caring. Each session is well organized to build upon the last one. Exercises to do at home are printed for you. The front desk staff is quick to find and schedule the future appointments. A pleasure to come here.

Very clean and nice.

The therapy staff is great! But, the receptionist never answered the phone or returned my calls, so I stopped going.

We all know how stressful recuperating from a major surgery (total knee replacement) can be…read more Add to it I did not even have any assisted devices to help me move about afterwards (walker, crutches) due to poor planning. After the first week at home, Physical Therapy reached out to me and asked where you? I had to explain that due to poor planning I do not have any crutches to move about and plus maneuver my stairs to attend. I assumed that I should have such crutches for our next session. The next session arrived, and still no such devices but more excuses. I was told later to come by and pick them up and pay for them? I explained how in world do I maneuver my stairs and pick up crutches and plus I've already met my deductible and out of pocket so I should not be charged? I basically at that point ordered a pair from Amazon for expedited delivery. Not soon afterwards Francesca the supervisor from Ca Orthopaedic Institute Physical & Occupational Therapy reached out to me and said I am less than 10 minutes away and will deliver crutches to you donated from previous clients. This is not what they do as a service at all. I was shocked during her lunch she was at my porch and made sure they fitted properly. I was quite frankly blown away from this kind gesture after all I went through. She scheduled me for the next day's first session and there afterwards. I want to give a special shout out and thanks to Francesca for going beyond and helping me at this stressful event. You are awesome! You are dynamite! You are extraordinarily. Thank you!

Last week they said the request was denied, then call me back and said it wasn't denied but insurance required more information regarding PT. I called the office again and they said they would work with records to get the request for PT information. This was one week ago,,,, I have never heard back from anyone?? I called the office 7 times today No response ? I callec insurance for help and they determined that approval was dropped after the Dr office didn't call them back after multiple attempts ??? How does this office remain in business !

When I went to Optum Care Network's San Diego Sports Medicine's Urgent Care clinic for treatment, I was subjected to multiple iterations of ineffective treatment plans and was verbally harassed when I attempted to get assistance for obtaining a CA DMV Disabled Person Placard. More specifically, the only thing offered by Monica (the Office Manager) was an abundance of vindictive rhetoric couched in audacity, ignorance and false accusations. It was abundantly clear from her delusional behavior that Monica believes that patients exist to serve and support the needs of clinic staff and not the other way around. Instead of hiding patient issues requiring escalations that need to be properly addressed by those in charge of the Medical Group, one should expect that the true SDPMG leadership team would want to properly investigate and make quality improvements to service levels in order to properly resolve such matters. Regrettably, my experience was that the Medical Group leadership allegedly hide in anonymity and enable their incompetent subordinates to make unqualified decisions. This type of behavior may imply that this medical practice is all about making profits at patient's expense and not about patient satisfaction and service level quality.

Wether you are seeking out Chiropractic care on Yelp because of an injury, general chronic…read morediscomfort or you are a seasoned athlete, Peak Form Health Center will assist you getting back on your feet to their best ability. The friendly staff and doctors of Peak Form Health Center met me maybe 6 years ago. After a motorcycle accident where I thought I either wouldn't be able to walk or would live with chronic painful nerve damage for the rest of my life In came the Rose brothers. With hard work and the support of doctor Kevin Rose and Travis Rose (studly athletic brothers), they helped me to get back into competitive sports again. I feel I was exceptionally lucky to come across the Rose brothers. I defiantly feel I owe them so much more than I have paid for their services. I got my LIFE BACK! All thanks to Peak Form Health! They may know this now because I'm writing it, but I waive to their office building every day I pass it. My injuries were really bad and I was pessimistic at times, but they really helped me find myself again. Forever with the utmost gratitude, Justin Andrews

From the moment you walk in, the receptionist Melissa, will make you feel right at home (she's the best). I personally see Travis for my PT. I had been struggling with shin splints when trying to run for over a year and could never get past 30 seconds intervals without having a ton of pain. I was feeling like it would never happen for me. After a few short months of seeing Travis, I am now running 3-4 times a week, 3-5 minute intervals or up to 2 miles non-stop! It's a slow progression but it is a progression I never thought would happen. The quality of care is excellent. They will be honest with you on where you are and your capabilities. I will forever recommend Peak Form to any athletes with injuries.
