Furthermore, the entire staff consistently demonstrates impressive professionalism and a genuinely welcoming demeanor, which significantly enhances the overall patient experience during each visit. While my overall impression is overwhelmingly positive, I would like to respectfully offer a constructive observation regarding appointment punctuality. On several occasions, despite arriving promptly for my scheduled appointments, I have experienced waiting periods of approximately one hour. Went to Dr. Bubsers office in landover due to a pain in my foot and was introduced to Dr. Ehanika. Let's just say this was one of the best things to happen to me. She greeted me with a smile and introduction. She listened intently and quickly recommended a pathway to no pain! It's awesome to see a new Doctor in the office that gives patients the flexibility to seek help daily now. As a first time patient for Dr Ehanika.. I can easily say I love her patient level of care and concern and professionalism. I'll definitely be coming back here because of her! Ask for Dr. Ehanika! read more

Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the scheduling and dealing with whomever answers the phone. I called the Dunkirk location and she was quick, rushing me off the phone and placed me on hold every time I tried calling. I will hang up after 5-10 mins and redial. She answers like this- "Dr. Bubser's office- hold." That was it. I'm extremely disappointed in this patient care. I ended up going somewhere else- which is a shame as Bubser has treated my whole family who all agree about the administration. I never felt like I was taken seriously from the first phone call. Because of that- I never got to be treated by him. Front desk/call center is the face and the first experience with providers and it was a bad one from the start. read more

The quality of my care was top shelf but their billing department needs work. I never received a bill or phone call after my visits. They sent me to collections over an unpaid $40 balance. As soon as I became aware of this I paid it (Fall of 2008) as of Feb 2013, they are STILL reporting that I had been sent to collections thereby affecting my credit score. They fixed the issue with my feet but caused a giant pain in my butt. read more

If you have an endless amount of time to waste in the sitting room of a dr's office, go see this guy. While I feel as though the doctor hurried through my appointment, he was pleasant and seemed knowledgable. My concerns are with how the business is ran. Yes, your doctors office is a business and should be ran as one. The receptionists here simply lack professionalism. No client/ customer facing employee should be eating, chewing or sucking on candy while they are in front of the client. It's disgusting. They also talk openly about personal issues at the expense of ignoring the customer. The biggest problem-as mentioned in the beginning- is the way this place schedules appointments. They openly admit to scheduling 2 appts at the same time. I'm sorry, are there two doctors or does dr bubser have an inhuman ability to see two patients at the same time? I understand that some practices work this way and it can certainly work because some patients come early, some late and sometimes the dr can multitask during the times he is not needed (ie when the receptionist is taking X-rays) but this hasn't happened in any of the FOUR times I've been here. Therefore, the dr has seen me late on each occasion. The shortest being 20 minutes and longest being 35 min after my scheduled time. This is unacceptable. He may be the expert but correct me if I'm wrong but I'm paying for this right? Why is my schedule not important? For working folks like myself, my allotted dr time is limited and cant afford to waste it on ONE dr who has no regard for his patients time. The actually procedure went well, it did the job. BUT if you want privacy, this is not the place to be. There are no doors to any of the rooms and if you sit in one rooms you are looking at the front desk and they are looking at you the entire time. It is a very open and uncomfortable design. Also, the billing department is not on top of what they are doing. I work in a dentist office and handle billing, claims, etc, every single day. They could not explain to me why I had the balance and why the insurance did not pay. I had to call my insurance company and find out myself. They were not well-educated on what they were doing. read more

Just found my new Podiatrist! Really liked the practice and ability to get an appointment quickly. Had to call to request something the following day and they took action immediately! Highly recommend Dr. Bubser and his professional staff! read more
