I just couldn't justify how much more Farmer's was compared side by side with the company I chose. It was $600 difference for the same coverage. I can only speak highly of the agents I worked with there as being very polite, and even when I told them I wanted to get other quotes, again , handled very professionally. Great company to deal with. Excellent service, just to have a huge rate increase doesn't seem justified with no claims. So my issue is more with Farmers in general on their policy, not the agent I worked with. Will continue to price search every year... who knows, I may someday return to them if the rates are right.
