I am often placed on hold and never returned to. After waiting, a recording comes on asking for my name and number for a callback -- but they never return calls. It can take an unreasonable amount of time, which I do not have, just to schedule a visit for my pet. Whoever answered the phone at 9:30 AM on 8/18/2026 should not be handling customers. Their attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I am genuinely tempted to change veterinarians solely because of the reception staff, even though they are polite in person.

So I called some friends to help load her the back of my truck, drove from henning to Covington to terry clays office and the hateful people their said we will not come out to the vehicle you have to bring her inside. Now all I was asking for at this time was for her to be put to sleep. And the answer was the same "No you have to bring her inside".
