After receiving this information, I contacted Dr. Mullin multiple times to discuss the situation and potential options related to the upcoming surgery. They pretend like their employees can never do wrong the manager of the building is very short with you if you have a complaint about a staff member & disregards you. Their catchphrase about "giving compassionate care" is COMPLETELY FALSE. I've NEVER met anyone so unkind in a field where REAL people need REAL help. YOU ARE DOCTORS. You should know how to treat patients as human beings.

When I would ask questions she would make me feel stupid honestly, like I was wrong to have asked anything. Appointments with her feel very rushed and my last appointment my questions were frowned upon and the medical issue I had I was told to do nothing about and leave alone yet here I am a month later with the issue never being resolved. I have since found a new doctor and am happier.
