Good dr but his price structure will change during your treatment course if you miss an apt. He goes on vacation a lot and will have to cancel appointments which isn't a big deal, but if you cancel an apt he claims the next apt will take longer and will charge you double the price for more time even if it's the exact same issue you've been seeing him for. I had to cancel an apt because we couldn't afford to go in, so having him double his rate for the next session even tho I specifically stated I don't need him to spend more time with me was a sticker shock. I don't understand why if he goes on vacation the next appointment doesn't have to be longer, but if I do, then suddenly I have to pay more. Furthermore, I came to be treated for a low back issue and for several weeks prior that I'd been paying to see him we hadn't been treating that issue even though it was within the 15 week time period he claimed I needed to recover because that issue wasn't acting up. However, (while we were still in the time frame he indicated I needed to heal,) it acted up and he's calling it an "ouch visit" and he needs more time to figure out what's going on even though this was the issue ALL along that I was seeing him to resolve and he quoted me a price per week for a certain amount of time. It seems to me the price structure changes based on what benefits them only. As a business owner myself I understand that when the scope of the job changes and more work is put in you want to be paid for your time, however, nothing has changed in my situation and now I am required to pay for more time for him to continue treating me. When I brought up the inconsistency I was "politely" referred elsewhere, the implication being he's no longer willing to treat me because I've pointed out the flaw in assessing additional fees for the same treatment. read more
