It's always difficult to find a new dentist office that you really like. Dr. Maurer was so friendly and welcoming that I felt comfortable immediately. I went in for a routine cleaning followed by an exam. They were extremely thorough and you could tell that they actually care about their patients. He also has several key talents that are essential to a dentist's or physician's repertoire--being a great listener, and truly compassionate and kind to every patient addressing their needs, fears, and answering questions. His hygienist staff are also excellent--thorough and gentle. If you need a dentist, you'll never do better than Dr. Larsen and his team! P.S. in response to other negative reviews, I have never had any billing issues with this practice and that includes "big ticket items" such as root canals.

I now have splints and am going to be transitioning into a different set to help keep my jaw in alignment and now widen my jaw and get the upper and lower jaw to align. After that, I will be in braces. The staff has been wonderful. Dr. Hudson is very thorough and very knowledgeable in the field of TMJ and related disorders. I would recommend him. I have received quality care and compassion from the beginning. I have another year of visits ahead of me. I can't speak highly enough of Western Slope Dental Care and Oral Surgery (WSDCOS...I just found…read moreout what that acronym stands for). We recently adopted a ten year old, chonky tuxedo cat who, we knew, was in need of at least some dental work. After the great people at Jean Fromm Veterinary Clinic made sure he was healthy enough for sedation, WSDCOS took a good look at him and found lots of problems. So many problems that we were a bit concerned for his well being given his age and health history. In the end, WSDCOS had to remove 15 teeth, which left us quite concerned for his long term well being. Well, that was a month ago and our cat, Bob, is doing amazing! The oral surgery was an unqualified success! It's only now that we can tell how much discomfort Bob was in before his dental work. He's much more playful (even 'kitten-like'), he likes nose rubs (which is new), and he enjoys cheek and chin scratches, which made him pull away before. It's obvious he's now the the healthiest he's been in literally years. Huge THANK YOU to WSDCOS and Jean Fromm Vet Clinic for taking such great care of our Bob. He now has a lot of healthy, and dental pain free, years ahead of him.

My situation was a unique one that required Dr. Bob Johnson to perform several very specialized procedures in a very small mouth. He and all of his staff were great and helped get through some painful procedures with jokes and a smile. It took over a year to finish the entire operation that include implants, bone surgery, and a partial. It has been 3 Months since it was finished and all is good.
