I paid their 50$ fee for canceling my appointment. Third now they want $200 appointment fee. People without power will always come before a Dentist appointment, if you don't understand that I will find a new dentist. The only recommendation I will give this business is the dental hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. But then again every dentist has good hygienists.

She said I canceled twice in this whole year and she said she can prove it it's on paper. Hahaha!! I told her my dad passed away a week and a half before and she didn't even say anything about that went right over it. I had six fillings done last year in 2021 and she said they were only covered for one year and I called by Delta dental and they said it was covered for 24 months. I went to go see the doctor yesterday over a filling that I thought may have fell out and I told him that I thought he was a great Dentist but his receptionist Michelle was very rude and all he could say was "well we all have bad days" really! I gladly went up to the desk and asked for all my x-rays to be emailed to me and of course Michelle the very rude one only emailed me two of them and I've been going there for 4 years. I had to call her and tell her to send me all of them. She never stops talking she over talk to you all the time I've heard her do it to other patients while I sit in the waiting room and I could tell they are aggravated also. Here it is: I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office. I scheduled a tooth extraction after being told over the phone that my out-of-pocket cost would be $90 with insurance. Instead, I left with a $910 bill. The lack of financial transparency was extremely concerning. I was initially told that a bone graft would cost around $600, but during the procedure, that amount suddenly increased to $850--and I was required to pay immediately. What made the situation worse was the pressure I felt while still in the chair. The dentist pushed me to make an immediate decision between an implant or a bridge--both significant medical and financial choices that require time and proper explanation. I was also told that a bone graft was necessary right after the extraction, even though a bridge typically does not require one. When I questioned why these options and costs were not clearly explained beforehand, I was dismissively told, "We told you so," referring to information that had never been clearly communicated to me. At no point were the cost differences properly outlined. I also want to note that I never had any issues with the previous owner during my care, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Wow, Dr Walby and his assistant whipped through that thing so quickly and seamlessly I wish I could have videoed it. Zero pain or discomfort. All done in about 20 minutes. I was waiting for there to be pain once my numbness wore off, but nope. In the past, I've had to go back to other dentists for them to correct the bite, but he did it perfectly right out of the gate. I was clueless at what was going on and she wasn't explaining. When I got up from my chair I was sweating so bad you could see the outline of my body in the chair. I kept thinking when was it going to be over. Then another thing done I had never had done and didn't know what it was; I finally stopped her and asked her what this was. As she smiled, she would I'm sure be good for someone who goes to the dentist every 6 mo and knows the routine and doesn't need anything explained but in my situation, not a perfect fit. At that point I was thinking with the hygienist, I was never stepping foot in there again. But then I met Dr Hana; absolutely calming and compassionate. It was obvious he knew my situation. When I left, I left now torn about going back. I thought if I could just get a different hygienist I would be okay. Time lapsed past my 6 month appointment, I received emails, text messages and post cards to make an appointment. One day when I received a text message, I texted back about my experience. Stated I didn't know if I wanted to come back because of the hygienist but was thinking about coming back because the dentist was excellent. Attached is the response I received; then ghosted. I repeated that I didn't want to speak ill of the hygienist but not a good fit for anyone in my situation. I know for a fact as the employees are good, every employee excels in different areas. I was hoping since my initial office staff encounter was excellent and encounter with the doctor was excellent, a different hygienist would be a good resolution. I thought a mistake had been made. Instead it is stated they would reflect on what could have been done better? Not an attempt for a resolution? Not an offer of a different hygienist? Not I'm sorry, maybe she was unaware of my situation? Not, maybe there was a mixup with appointments and I received the wrong hygienist? I finally gave honest feedback hoping there would be an easy solution; a different hygienist. This puts more shame towards people that don't feel comfortable at a dentist. SO disappointed.....

Marcella & Michelle are hygienists who do an amazing job~ perfect, IMO! Dr. Sitto is my hero. He sat and discussed all the options to take care of my problems and made me feel confident with my decisions. He backs his work 100%. My teeth are in his hands, literally! Dr. Hanna is swell, too, but I only had the pleasure of meeting him once. I watched a variety of patients have their needs met while mine were dealt with to my immense satisfaction.
