If I didn't comply, he threatened to sue me for further damages. All this for measly $500. This is clearly a firm that does not do right by the client and extorts money through threats. I would advise using Common Paper instead of using this unprofessional firm. Update: I heard back from the Sami and he informed about a change at the firm. He personally responded to the matter professionally and apologized for the delay and miscommunication. He sent me some generic templates which were not useful. I ended up choosing Common Paper which is a free agreement generator for startups. Original review: The initial consult made me think that they could get the job done. I signed a retainer, and I never received my documents or a response to my numerous follow-ups. I also talked to the front desk multiple times and they said someone would call me back. Eric operated in ways as if he was heavily invested in the Opposing Party's interests; advocating for their wants & never opposing anything that they said or did.
