In my experience they've been very honest about how our system can best be served (including recommending solutions that are appreciably not the most expensive, based on our own priorities, which I appreciate), and have been flexible when work had to stop mid-way through a project due to unforeseen circumstances. When we found out that our exhaust wasn't exhausting, they were able to get a chimney person out the same day to get an assessment. I can't express how much I appreciate someone who knows when they've hit their technical limit and is willing to say "Let's bring someone else in". Can't express enough how grateful I am to have them around to help out. It's important to me that I have good people that do good work on a house I love dearly, and it's comforting to know my plumbing needs are able to be taken care of by people I trust. Their trip charge is 200, because they were great before and I was ok with that. But this time, not only it took them 2 visits (including a missed one) and a long time to give me a quote, but they gave me a ridiculous estimate that made me think they don't want this job. This is ridiculous so I have to go to others. All my 3 other quotes ( from other well reviewed companies) were like 600-1000 to replace the broken runs, but they quoted me something like 5000. So 2 star for previous good work, but they disappoint me this time.

I have been flexible and willing to work with them, but the owner Mark and the sales guy Loren made that impossible. Loren will say anything to close a deal. The lack of oversight is staggering. They refused to do a walkthrough with the installer and seller, which led to two heat pumps being installed incorrectly. They had to be moved, and that caused even more damage to my home. They also charged my credit card while "charging" a Synchrony loan, so I have been effectively double-charged for months. Now they refuse to speak on the phone and only send haphazard email replies that never resolve anything. They promised to fix the drywall in writing. This was necessary to repair their own mistakes and because I preferred to have the electrical work go through the house, which they agreed to. Instead, they sent a third-party worker and then demanded a massive payment for the repair. They eventually gave me a payment to cover the drywall fixes myself, which I am grateful for, but even that took over 3 months of fighting. The actual installers and electricians were amazing. They should go find a new job at another installer with actual integrity. My problem is entirely with Mark and Loren. Since they use AI for their reviews, expect a fake reply from Max below. Save your sanity and hire a company that won't hold your money hostage.

Due to a misdirected email that we weren't supposed to be on, we saw that what they tell customers is different from what they discuss internally. System cools when there's no need to cool and heats when there's no need to heat. Register blows cold air in the winter when the system is in heating mode. Technicians have no idea how to fix any of it, and repeatedly make the problem worse (and then go radio silent) when they come for a service call. Go somewhere else.

In that time,…read moremy heat pump stopped working so I called around and chose another HVAC company to come fix it since they were the fastest to respond. It turns out that they were also very expensive, so I reached out to AirPro's again to see if they could come check it out. Unfortunately, I didn't submit the warranty registration almost 10 years ago for my Lennox heat pump so I had to pay out of pocket for the replacement (Tip: submit your warranty paperwork otherwise you'll pay out of pocket for any repairs, even under the warranty period)! However, the guys at AirPro's were able to confirm the issue and ordered and installed a replacement part for half of what another HVAC place wanted. They were also able to install the new part and service my furnace and heat pump in a little over an hour since they had two guys working on it. Everyone I have dealt with at AirPro's throughout the years have been courteous and explained everything in detail. I've also never had them try to sell me on something I didn't need. The bottom-line is that AirPro's is still my preferred HVAC company after 10 years of working with them. They're quick, efficient and cost-effective. I'm planning on using them again in a few years once it's time to replace my aging HVAC system.

Came back early afternoon and installed the necessary parts and tested everything and the heat is back on. Excellent service at a reasonable transparent price. Don't be put off by any bad reviews from 2022. It seems they were going through some growing pains as well as the labor shortages and covid like many other small companies at the time. I certainly would use them again.
